Episode 6: Hold onto your seats because we’re all about to meet Bramty’s sister! After years of questioning from the Bramfam in regards to Bramty’s father, in todays episode Bramty opens up a little about her father, not entirely, but enough for us to get an understanding of what happened between her mom and dad. In todays episode, Bramty travels to Miami, Florida with her older brother, Richard to meet family from their fathers side for the first time. This family includes their sister and their cousin. Eager and nervous to meet them, they find themselves clicking and getting along immediately! Shortly after, Bramty’s little brother, Jeff arrives. Now that everyone is together, Bramty decides to ask some questions she’s been wanting to know her entire life.

There’s always two sides to every story. Even if he really wants nothing to do with them they have a right to hear it for themselves. I found my dads family after 31 years and I found out he passed a few years before. Now I can never have that closure even if he wanted nothing to do with me. We all deserve to hear it for ourselves

I started to have a relationship with my dad after 17 years (he dipped) and it’s bc my stepmom pushed for it for me and my brothers . 8 years later , he’s still wishy washy with me divorced from my step mom , and she has her own kids with her new man and they r raising them to see and call me their sister . I have the best relationship with her and her boyfriend is more of a dad to me . I moved to tx to be there more and he stepped up when I did . My dad still don’t gaf and now I have the closure I personally need and I’m at a point where idc now

I love this episode!!! Honestly I've loved all of them so far! It's such a blessing getting the opportunity to reunite with your family! My family was separated by a divorce! I was the smallest of the family and I moved with my mom. My brother and sister stayed with my father in MD. After I graduated high school we all reunited and that has been the best feeling ever! I am 29 now and my sister and brother have moved there families here to NC. Now we are all together and I am the HAPPIEST Ive ever been! I think reconnecting with your sister and cousin was amazing! Love them, the cousin has something special your sister is full of good vibes. As far as your mom I think she’s trying to protect you from your dad it seems like he really hurt you guys and only your mom knows what exactly happened and although your dad might not be the same man he was years ago he really caused pain in your moms heart. 😞
