Hey Marlon. Nice front elevation. 4/2 👎. Need 3 baths. 3 beds to 1 bathroom a no no. Nice space between homes. Nice floors. Deep view. Nice size bedrooms and bathroom. Don’t need a 3-car garage. Need 3 baths. Open concept. Spacious dining/living area. Spacious primary. Nice size closet and linen closet in the en-suite. Covered lanai. Big backyard but look how the land slopes down. How does that effect putting in a pool? Nice home. Thanks so much and see you next video.

So true, family with children needs more than two bathrooms. I would even settle for a half bathroom.

I'm with you on more than two bathrooms. We had one in the garage. Shower, Toilet, plus small Window.Was so nice to use after jogging, working on a car, or wanting a little more privacy. We loved it and now miss it.

good question. The pool will cost more if the land isn't flat because they might have to build stem walls or additions to get it level.

Hi Marlon, I'm new to your Channel. This Home is Awesome, Loved that Gorgeous Dark Expresso Kitchen Cabinets. Although I didn't see a Refrigerator, ,Need Brand New Carpeting through out the house. I'm not a fan of the Backyard with all these Trees, and that down slope I also would have put a Fence. $402,000, is a Bit High, More likely $365,000-$375,000, But who knows Someone might just come along and by it just the way it is. Nice Video 👍📸👍
