A fantastic pair of vids Dougie, cheers! Since I was a wee lad I’ve always gone a bit quivery over any new Volvo truck, and these certainly look no exception! When I first saw the pics I wasn’t sure about the new headlight unit and surrounding panel, but that’s already beginning to grow on me. Nice to see the side markers working as repeaters too, seen these on trailers and body builds for a few years now, nice to see them on a factory tractor, every little helps when you’re trying to change lane! Easy to tell how quiet the 540 was on the vid too, as I could hear the ishift working on the ‘16, but I was itching to hear the dual clutch on the 540 and just couldn’t really hear any engine note changes or anything! She looks good on the powder tanker too, I’m a sucker for a nice cement tanker or bulker 👌🏻 Glad you’ve got out in something at long last, and glad it was something a bit special! The one thing I don’t like is the front headlights but at the end of the day it’s designed for pulling not showing

Overrated motor, fleet spec probably doesn’t even come with adaptive cruise as standard as they’ve done over the years so it’s beaten by DAF, even driver comfort is no good for taller people. Get a Scania review done, proper truck!
