The problem is you can't pay everybody, that's why KC traded TH to Miami. Teams need to draft well to be able to replace the players they don't want to pay big money.

Unfollowing them on social media doesn’t actually point to what his grievance is, though. It’s entirely performative and for clickbait consumption. Florio being who and what he is, believes it is all about money. I disagree. it’s just as likely that Aiyuk wants to be treated like a real WR1 on the field and by Shanahan.

Lmao Jerry Jeudy got 3 year $58 million from the Browns despite never ONCE having more than 1K yards in his 4 seasons and most recently 758 receiving yards with 2 TDs. Now compare that to BA who just got back to back 1K+ seasons and just made the all-pro 2nd team. You say he wants to be treated as WR1 when he clearly WAS WR1 in 2023 and led the team in receptions, receiving yards, and tied for receiving TDs with Deebo. Brandon WANTS to get paid despite what you think of florio, he’s on the money with this one.

This is exactly what I been saying, they pay all these guys top dollar when resigning them and don’t have depth. I would trade BA for two seconds and start drafting for depth. Fun Factor: I wonder how long it will take for non quarterback to beat bosa contract. Honestly thought the entire 49er organization got pucked by Bosa and his agent. And when it was 4th and 1, in the Super Bowl, when 49ers made him the highest paid non quarterback in the league, what did he do? Nothing…. He might be above average but he’s not elite.

Aiyuk is nice, but no Debo! Debo changes their entire offensive. Lions guy here, and I was praying dude wouldn't have been ready for that NFC championship game (even though we had that game, damn Dan Gamble 😭). His trajectory does dictate a good contract, but not top Justin Jefferson money.

Aiyuk is a very good player but IMHO he won’t be the same without that 49ers system that maximizes him. I could be wrong. He might go somewhere & compile huge stats & help a team win but I guess we shall see. The “unfollowing” stuff gets stupid. But the teams don’t care.

No buffalo will be contempt with drafting a WR in first round. They only have 3m in cap space. Zero chance for Aiyuk unless they trade away someone which is very low chance after they released so many players. Aiyuk best chance is with Raiders, Chargers, Patriots which have money or a miracle out of Chiefs if they can scramble their money since they could use a WR after what happened to Rashee Rice.
