That's tight. Only in New Orleans. Much respect from Houston, Tx. I saw this Saturday night, the Whole Nitty Gritty City documentary. Any person can relate, especially a black person from the USA, from the South. I shed a few tears. Made me think about some things. Life is short. RIP Brandon.
damn i couldnt see my dawg off.... but it makes me feel good to see yall sent em home rite..... betta than he would have wanted it!!! R.I.P. Brandon!!!
I saw the documentary the gritty city and I know one thing Brandon Franklin was great man he got killed because he went to go see his new born child and his baby momma and her boyfriend got into a fight and he was trying to break it up one thing lead to another and he got shot over50 times
Crazy life with sad outcome. 22 year old with baby mama drama. An age where one should be at college, living your best life, having amazing experiences with no responsibilities other than to learn. The baby mama will forever feel responsible for this senseless killing that has deprived her son of a father . Hope the cycle is broken ......

50? What the hell with? A tommy gun??? I'm not being facetious..how the hell did this guy get shot 50 times??? That's nearly three glock mags. Edit. Did the research. He was shot 13 times not 50, and it's not like he was some innocent victim who got bushwhacked. He was playing badassa in front of his baby mama and "he found out". Now he's dead. The other guy is locked up and she's on to the next man.
I’m pretty sure this film got to the Cannes film festival in France. I saw it when it played at the Prytania in New Orleans. I suggested to Mr Rawlins that they should take it to Canne. I just noticed that it’s still playing as late as last year. I’m happy to see that.
mane if them mellos really played up der lik Fs Gs and As God Help any Band that come in front and challenge whether its memphis houston or hell txsu mellos themselves
i guess you cant take the marching band outta the south. you would expect total praise to played with more of a concert band feel but i guess not. The edge is kinda too much
You try playing at someone's funeral that you knew close while feeling that pain, probably borderline crying, and tryna play. Tone ain't what's gonna be first on your mind.
