Brave Church Introduction/ Conflict Engagement Training for Pastors - this video provides some background information about me and why I'm now offering a training for pastors after years of training leaders and staff in corporate environments. You'll also learn what Mindful Improv Thinking is and how skills from mindfulness practice and improvised comedy and equip pastors for brave conversations. This is a five week training program for pastors related to conflict engagement, brave conversations, difficult conversations or other forms of confrontation in the church. Pastors and church leaders will be equipped to initiation and engage these difficult conversations and then teach congregants and lay people using materials provided in Brave Church.
