I think when the food is reheated, it is cooked a little more which is why everyone is seeing it a little bit too done. All looks super yummmmmy!

This is such a hard dish to serve for this series bc it has to be eaten straight off the grill/skillet otherwise it's not good... They all did a nice job. Love seeing Brazilian mums!

Real picanha is done by the gauchos in Southern Brazil. Those dishes looked as good as each of women which I bet are mineiras or nordestinas.

I would say that dish you would make at home, for dinner or lunch. But, usually, we eat at barbecue. With salt, farofa, vinagrete, rice and beans... Garlic bread, of course! 'Haha.

Mostly, yes. The majority of the brazilian moms are like this women in the video. My mom is more like Adriana style. But, the best Picanha in Brazil, in the barbecue way, is made by the brazilian dads.

The way the meat is cut and our barbecue culture. A real barbecue in Brazil is not a barbecue without picanha ao ponto.

It’s the cut. In western cuts you don’t get a picanha. You get either a sirloin or a rump. But a picanha is like if you had the tippy top of a sirloin but left the fat cap on top. To explain better, think of pork belly. Picanha looks exactly like pork belly. Imagine a beef “pork belly” cut into steaks.

It’s a different cut, very tender and fatty. Usually we make on barbecue grill so it gets a smoky flavor. But I dont think they could find a Brazilian barbecue grill There. But if you go to a Brazilian barbecue, you can see what I’m talking about
