Analiza won by grading others insanely low to increase her chances. Her tastebuds cannot be that elite to play a food game.

Joyce was robbed....how everyone else rate it 8 and 9 and Analiza rates it a 3?? 🤯

I won't spoil it for anyone who hasn't watched it yet but all I will say is the person who won should have been blindfolded and allowed to taste her own food for being so unfair in her scoring

So I elect a new winner since the current winner, Analiza, was purposely grading low, and all of the other contestants gave fair scores allowing her mediocre dish to "win" because no one else was being unfair to her like she was to all the other dishes. SOOOOO JOYCE congratulations, you are today's winner, because you had the supreme Pancit.

Filipino here, born in the Philippines, living in Hawaii. Analiza got that "look" many of us are all too familiar with. Hidden agenda and willing to do anything and everything to win. Revels in the spotlight and lives for praise.

Analiza is THAT tita who spreads tsismis all day everyday. Also, every Filipino knows that at the end of the day, we’re eating anyones pancit and loving it regardless lol. The way she judging like this is masterchef

Thanks @BUZZFEED for having us on the show for another fun video! Honestly coming 2nd place is a win since it was my first time making Pancit 😅. I really just put together everything I love from my Mum’s pancit and a couple of my friends’ Mums pancits which are delish! My faves are defo fishballs, the juicy chicken and crispy vegetables. It doesn’t really matter if the noodles aren’t long 😂 sometimes they just break in the wok! As long as it taste good right?

Analiza tried really hard to win this competition - but not with her cooking style..

I’m just a white girl from the US, but when I was a kid, my mom was a nurse at a hospital, and her best friend who was also a nurse at the hospital was Filipino. We lived in PA, and they lived in NJ, but any time they had a family party, they would come pick us up for it (they had a party for everything) And I’m telling you, I swear that’s where my love of other cultures’ food began. I always had the BIGGEST PLATE of Pancit and Lumpia. And would go back for seconds and thirds. Then for really special occasions, when they would make a whole pig. Man I miss that home cooked Filipino food.

Analiza only won because she purposely gave Joyce such a low score. Joyce got an 8 and a 9 from the other two women and a 3 from Analiza for the “smell”?! Give me a fucking break. That’s an insane difference in scores. Joyce is obviously the actual winner.

Analiza is very picky and dissing the other ladies Pancit. And she just barely beat out Joyce's Pancit lol.. She scored the women's Pancit dishes low on purpose so she can get a higher score.

I completely agree with the others that think Analiza rated the others low to ensure her win. I do not like that one bit and it was so painfully obvious.

Living in Hawaii our neighbor used to always make some bomb diniguan, pork adobo, and pancit!! The mixed culture back there was always so refreshing due to the vast amounts of different cuisines my hungry arse got to part take in! Love you Nana Agnes!

I see they’ve gone back to inviting cooks who game the system in order to win. Lame. Analiza looks so petty by scoring unfairly rather than allowing her supposedly better dish stand on its own merit.

As with the adobo video, they never explain what the traditional ingredients are in the dish. Those who are not familiar with pancit have no idea what they are comparing it to. It would be nice to give the traditional recipe is.

Analiza cheated and it was such a turn off there should be a system in place to prevent this but it usually isn't a problem people usually are fair about the ratings

The fact that Analiza rated Chantelle's pancit higher than Joyce's is beyond me. A 3, really?

next time do it with them blindfolded its not fair when they know its another persons dish and not their own so they purposely nit pick and grade low like analiza

My mother's home nurse taught me how to make this dish. It was extremely popular at my house for a while. I havn't made it since before my mother passed, I think its time to make it again.

Analiza may be complaining a lot about the length of the noodles too much (and I thought Joyce deserved to win) but it's actually valid since noodles are long because they're meant to symbolize long life lol. Overall, it was still pleasant because all the ladies are so nice and polite.

Analiza always wins because she grades other people quite low. I understand it’s a contest but it’s also about camaraderie and the spirit of fun. I think it’s a bit vicious.

Again, Mae's pancit is almost exactly how my family would cook our pancit at home. Only we also use pork and chicken and mix it if it's available at the same time.

I can tell for Chantelle its like tasting all of your aunties cooking!! 😂✨✨ she’s in love. Hers looked decent but did show of inexperience compared to the others.

How can you give a dish 3 when it has been rated 9 and 8

How can someone get an 8 and a 9… then gets a 3!?!? I’m calling foul play.

They should be eating it blindfolded and judge all the dishes including their own. In this way we can be sure that they will try to judge fairly. This current system is obviously not a good idea. I bet those who conceptualized this have not yet heard of Filipino crab mentality.

I am a second gen Filipina and I have to say I was surprised to see the number of dishes with broken noodles:/ like that’s an important part of having bomb pancit and long sliced veggies/meat. And lots of flavor. The noodles also turn a golden brown color from the seasoning! I used to not know the difference until my Lola and my mama showed me and it make a huge difference

Chantelle is cooking her food according to her preference not based on the standard of the dish. She’s recreating her own version of the dish just like on her adobo, most of the women don’t like it.

Analiza annoyed me

The short/cut noodles occurs when- 1) pancit is over mixed/stirred rather than tossed. I like using cooking chopsticks to avoid noodle breakage. 2) the noodle brand used. Prawn noodle brand has a tendency to end up like this unlike super q. 3) adjust the seasoned broth stock proportion if you use presoaked or straight up dry Bihon.

This is not fair at all. This is just absurd clearly she is scoring low on purpose.

No one asked but i think i would've enjoyed joyce's pancit the best. I just know the pancit's gonna be good when there are two types of noodles and when it has fishballs. Also the best pancit meat topping is thinly cut pork 😏

Pancit can be made with plethora of veggies with or without the meat, plus with any types of noodles... Plus have a bit of a spicy flavour, yet not too overwhelming to the taste buds. If meat is used keep it moist and not too dried out. The sauteed meat sauce should also coat the noodles and veggies. Then when combined lets the juices takes its time to simmer, but not making the veggies, the noodles and meat's overcooked, and or dried out. Analiza has a voice that would make me wish I was deaf.

I like my pancit a little dry, specialy because in my plate i usually get adobo, menudo and other dish/stew that has a rich strong sauce... Mixing those stew sauces with every bite of my pancit just hit diff for me😍

I like Joyce’s pancit as she uses two noodles. Fish balls maybe not so much. Otherwise good job to all on their rendition. Mae’s own looks the most in terms of typical pancit I see a lot. I wonder if it will taste good if i use tofu…?

Analiza so reminds me so much if a lady I used to work with… she’dturn her nose up at everyone else dishes because hers was always better no matter what the food was.

I make pancit a lot with leftover pork roast, pork chops or roast chicken. Just found a recipe online and it turned out really well. I have to say I like the look of mine better than any of the ladies (I load it up with veggies).
