I have worked in HR for over 12yrs and she is out of line for sending you home because of what you were wearing. There is nothing wrong with your dress. It’s a good length and it doesn’t show any cleavage. Unless your employee handbook states that you are not allowed to wear a form fitting dress then she can’t send you home!
Content creators MUST understand. Companies don’t only judge on what you wearing. They judging the content you make too Especially if you’re a known person. That gives a certain look to the business they might not want Not saying you in the wrong. Just explaining out the company logic
Is there any transparency to that dress that I'm not seeing in this video? Or is it the tightness? Because if it's only the tight aspect, then HR is way out of line.
Don't know the rules of the office, but if I wore skin tight clothes I promise I would also be sent home. It IS distracting. Whether or not it's against the rules specifically is morally irrelevant. Skin tight clothing is uncomfortable, and is less conducive to focussing on being productive. Not to mention the fact that it is distracting for those around you, ugly or gorgeous, slim or 500 pounds. Wear a suit like the rest of us, workplaces are for work. Wear that to dinner it's beautiful. Not to work. When you're at work... Work
This is most likely fake but if it was real, the HR woman would have no real grounds to do this since the dress covers up everything and is probably doing this because of how well the dress fits you lol.
