This is part of a BREAD TEST that I am doing to discover what ratio of different types of wheat berries I prefer and what makes the best bread. I am using a WonderMill to mill the Hard Red Winter and Soft White Spring wheat berries.
Come on, you need to get a hand grinder, get rid of the bread machine & do it the old fashion way like we use to do! It helps you appreciate the bread more. Actually we even baked it in a wood cook stove, kind of a lost art anymore & my wife was awesome at it. She wood make 3 loaves at a time & some cinnamon rolls & I would grind it for her, most of the time.
