One of the most important qualities that a cook needs to have is love and passion when he/she cooks, the food that we eat reflects the cook's state of mind when we eat. This man cooks the food with a great flair. He has very good communication skill, which makes it all the more interesting, be it Hindi or English. Add a pinch of hing or asafoetida, to make it taste even better. You can dry roast/toast the bread pieces in a frying pan beforehand so that they do not become very soggy.
