Actively embracing our failures is so important. It is why I love Meditation so much. For me, it is the art of failure. Everytime I try to focus my awareness on my breath and my mind goes elsewhere, I fail. In an interview I was asked how I deal with my failures.. I stated I don’t see a failure. I call it a wisdom moment! I feel gratitude cause wisdom building escalates my life awareness. I adore your gift of wisdom! I even have my 19 yr old granddaughter following your streams with enthusiasm!

Hey bro if you want those vitamins and minerals to absorb better, shake them up in water with a little oil. Maybe a little olive oil or avocado oil. The nutrients attach to the fat and are much more easily absorbed by the body. This is why when people take pill or gummy supplements they are basically just going through them.
