You guys have my big respect since 2000 when I discovered Havikoro. Personally I'm still doing my practice at 40, even if my dance swift with age, and the atmosphere on floors have changed a lot. I really loved this podcast, I watched this while working. I remember going to YA in like late 90’s and y’all were way advanced. I’ve been following your battles for years and this podcast has really been an awesome way of detailing your journey even further. Much respect to the almighty Havikoro!
I agree, bboys need to be more in tune with fitness and wellness (working out/diet/resting) in bboying. With it we achieve longevity and we are all around more vibrant as a being. I let my soccer conditioning and baseball exercise habits follow me into breaking and I cannot stress the amount of difference it makes when I dance. Take care of yourselves brothers and sisters!
