Gideon here. I'm the current puzzle manager and one of the developers for Edopro who created "Gideon Unbreakable Board". It is nice to see not only my puzzle mentioned but people remembering me for it enough to point me to this video. I enjoyed this video and seeing other types of "unbreakable boards". Maybe in the near future once I'm done focusing on IRL, I can add some of the ideas here to Edopro. It's fun to see people making puzzle ideas going "break this board and win". It is correct that the anime card of "Seal of Orichalcos" was the intended solution for the puzzle. However due to bugs, we removed that card from the system or at least descripted it last I checked, making the puzzle unsolvable for a long time. Now it's currently beatable using 2 anime exclusive cards " Spirit Mask" and "Spam Mail". Shout out to WolfgangDS for finding this solution! I would of never pictured this puzzle being solved in such a way. I like seeing such insane creative ways to do things on yugioh! Holy thats insane. I remember a long time ago when I first started playing Yugioh via Duel Links (I was a big fan of the Duel Links puzzles) and a friend showed me EDOpro. I saw it had a puzzles function as well, so I went in not expecting the crazy things I was about to witness. To this day, I havent solved the Level Eater Puzzle XD I might do it at some point, so no one spoil the solution ok? 😉
Please I beg you to do a yugioh puzzle championship, partner with a big yugi creator and make this happens🙏 I think Cimo MBT Gage 100% would be down for this, this is insane potential for content. Farfa & Dzeef mostly will like this idea too if not for their Konami partnership that prevent them from touching anything non official
I mean, wouldn't the win con be just entering the game with 46 card deck, putting ido to attack and beating down the opponent for 200 damage every turn. Never mind, they'd just change shoot to defence.
Infernity's Satisfaction loop is such a beautifull thing. I can't even call it a board, it's beyond that, it's just an incredible showcase of how much Infernity can push the game beyond all limits imaginable and fathomable.
I got into yugioh exclusively cause EdoPro was a thing, Elestrals will be shooting its3lf on the foot if they dont get a free sim with all cards available for testing and learning.

Eldlich lives in infamy because it was played mostly with floodgates, but in decks that have extra spells or traps, or wants them on the GY, it's an amazing extender and board breaker, one big example is Fluffal.
I'll always remember the Dzeef profile where he played one Lich in Cyberdark Trap Control. It can send an equipped Cannon/Claw to trigger it or just send the Spell to open backrow slots.
6:48 I already fighted someone using that board twice. One time he lost because I normal summoned Albaz. The other because he attacked a weather painter while thundery canvas was set.
the psi-blocker loop wouldn't take days to accomplish. you'd perform all the steps for the loop a few times which demonstrates it's a controlled infinite loop, then you'd declare that you're performing the loop a number of times equal to every card name in yu-gi-oh and you're declaring every card name in yu-gi-oh. it'd take 5 minutes tops or even sooner if your opponent already knows about the loop and you don't need to demonstrate it to them. it would take days in master duel because you have to do all loops manually in that sim, but you'd run out of time before you could pull that off (and likely get a ban for slow playing) also for that ojama token one, you can just ritual summon.
The gideon board can be outed by Grand Mole. Grand mole doesn't target, and it bounces the bamboo shoot, which destroys the safe zone. Then you can heavy storm the rest and do whatever you want. This would require that your opponent attacks the grand mole, because you'd have to set it, which they probably wouldn't do. But at that point, they have to do something to prevent you from chipping them to death because ido has more attack than bamboo shoot. Putting the bamboo shoot in defense turns this into "who decks out first", but that's kinda the point of these stun boards anyway.

If you restrict the cards they have access to then that defeats the purpose of this experiment in the first place. The “no-board” end-board is still very funny, however.
back when halq was legal, i was able to make a board in a cyberstien deck that ended on: last warrior, millennium eyes, dingirsu, naturia beast, dark simorg and stien left on the field. but there would usually be an enemy controller or something to get stein off the field. the deck was nuts, but very inconsistant. regardless, i miss both stein and halq.
7:25 When this was posted back then I thought I had found the out with Brain Jacker. It heals your opponent for 500 LP as a continuous effect which would put them at exactly 700 LP for Imperial Order's mandatory cost. Unfortunately Brain Jacker's LP effect is tied to it's FLIP effect resolving so it's fucking useless.

6:54 look gary there i am my actual response however was a technically possible board that can be made using snake eye mikanko with fiendsmith having your starting hand be snake ash and engraver the board was little knight transaction rollback for the mayakashi trap arc light on field preventing a draw phase droplet hu-li the jewel mikanko equipped(targeting protection for mikanko cards) flamberge on field arc light in backrow(can still be summoned under the mayakashi trap) princess in grave if you somehow summon something through that and since i still had 3 cards in hand i also added soul drain anti spell and solemn judgment because i was given 3 more spell/trap zones and i was going to use them mayakashi trap stops kaijus and trap eater from removing the traps, arc light on field prevents droplet since they cant send a monster to grave to make arc light unable to respond to it as far as i know this board is unbreakable due to the mayakashi trap being so dumb with rollback

One of my strongest endboards was on solfachords in early MD were i would end up with a 5k arrival cyberse and vfd + appo or ip depending on the hand + whatever handtrap it was kind of cracked it loses to sphere mode etc... but it was insane board to pull
4:39 To out Gideon's Board, it depends on one thing: Who has more cards left in Deck? Considering Gideon's Board used more cards than the opponent to set it up, that means they are less likely to have more cards in their deck than you. That means all you have to do is put Ido into Attack Position and continue to set miscellaneous monsters. The player on Gideon's board has no way to kill you without removing their own Summon lock and will deck out before they can win. That's right, I just broke Gideon's Board without actually breaking the board.
This was probably the only one where I had a decent input where I once wondered how many exact outs exists with Exterio + Last Warrior which was technically possible to make back when Cyber Stein was legal. The only extra thing I would have added if there were no limits is probably IO
Here’s how you break any board in Yugioh. Step 1: look at the cards on the field. Step 2: look at the cards in your hand. Step 3: flip the table over because you had an amazing board last turn and for the fifth duel in a row, it got immediately wiped and are completely out of recourses to recover and sell all of your cards and retire from Yugioh.

My most unbreakable (non FTK) board is Muckraker in EMZ, Knightmare Gryphon below, I:P and a 2-4 mat Apollousa next toGryphon, Bagooska, and a set Dark World Acession with a Grapha or 2 in hand. Oh, and I handlooped you 5 in the process.
Thread idea: Cards made to be less powerful versions of other cards cuz the original cards were deemed too strong but later became mostly unplayed bulk as those same cards came off the list. Like Mirror Force and Dark Mirror Force or Call of the Haunted and Birthright. Mirror Force has a bunch of offshoots that are either sidegrades or downgrades. Drowning, Storm, Quaking, Blazing... Call of the Haunted has multiple neutered versions. Birthright is just CotH for normals. Graceful Revival is just CotH for level 1's and 2's. Limit Reverse is just CotH for low atk monsters with the added restriction of blowing it up if that monster goes to defense mode.
The joke about Exodia breaking any board is always going to be amusing. As a follow-up, a Synchron end board that has put up it's 5 negates alongside something like mask of restrict, anti-spell fragrance and in the EMZ Red Supernova Dragon is kinda pushing it on hard to out. (Note the fact that your opponent lets you get three to four Omni negates, 2 floodgates add a card that basically says whenever you activate a monster effect from anywhere or attack banish your opponent's entire board that's non targeting and will come back at the end of your next turn with the ability to do that again.) Oh and that affect isn't a hard once per turn it's a soft one lol.
Twitter Idea - Erratas that didnt need to happen but did. Cards that got an errata but power creep fixed the issue anyway. Essentially, cards that could have the errata reversed and it would be just fine

My break my board was a turn 1 Crusadia lock, using Equimax, Clock dragon(level 7 cyberse synchro) and a Rank 4 of either Bagooska or Traptrix Rafflesia and a set Crusadia krawler. A On field negate, a Removal/hand negate with rafflesia, a floodhate with Bagooska and a Targetting protection/spin with Clock dragon. Makes you use aroumd 2-3 interactions before you can even reach the batyle phase and even then you would need to run over Clock dragon atleast twice if you didn't negate it with imperm sincr the first tiem it will spin your monster. Then turn 3 I can run over your much weaker board, since Arboria would have protected Equimax if you destroyed everyone else and means I can Kaiju you monster away and either OTK or generate anough advantgae with the Crusadia draw spell(draw abse on Link rating) ot use its other effect to make my crusadias into Armedes meaning I can link climb back into a Link 4 or an Avramax if I drew a Crusadia
Modern Infernity boards are insane! If we go off the opp just lose doesnt matter wich Infernity version you play youll end insane! Infernity best deck! Infernity for life! (The satisfaction loop is for sure one of the coolest Infernity versions ever for sure btw ive tested it and damn i love it) ❤
A-to-Z equipped with Each ABC name, a vanity's Emptiness and 6 cards in hand (the negate isn't once per turn) is pretty hard to beat especially since it's a 4k beater.
@aa-ml1ho You summon Rocket Arrow Express, you skip your battle phase. Board player draws a 7th card and discards for turn. you attack and abc and vanity's go to GY... wait how did you SPECIAL summkn under vanity's? Vanity's says no special summons
Back in one of Master Duel's first formats, my Virtual World Punk endboard was TKOACalamities, ShenShen, Chuche pop, Caliga Crystal Wing and the PUNK trap negate. Breakable with spell/traps, but good fucking luck winning that game
It's not unbreakable in modern games but in goat format and the last retro event in master duel I won simply by using 2 spear cretin, one on Feld and one in the graveyard. Because it's not once per turn, every time they attacked it summoned the other one and vice versa and because they where always face down the Oponent could neither use fissure nor superpoly. Every Oponent got so frustrated they gave up the moment they realize I was simply waiting for them to deck out.
@@AlphaSquadZero can't be summoned because the Oponent already has 5 monster cards on the field thanks to spear cretins effect. Plus even if the Oponent get rid of it there comes the 3rd copy into play.
6:44 I can't believe I got cooked in multiple different ways all because I forgot bounce effects existed and it's too unreasonable (I think) to get stuff that stops those too so... yikes. Edit... even if I DID have outs to monster effects on the opponents turn, there's still one card that shuts down EVERYTHING I am trying to do... Evenly Matched. No matter what I do, that will kill the board I suggested. Oh plus you could just make your own Avaramax and crash, nothing stopping it there either
Not exactly towers but Voltempest and the upcoming Chronodile are two bodies that you can kinda just sit on as long as you don’t attack into Shield of Achilles (non targeting bounce on attack dec)
This video reminds me of this dude i was selling cards to a few years back. He asked me wat i was playing ans i told him. He was interested and asked me what end board looks like. He then tells me the deck IS NOTHING and proceeds to describe how his sky striker would tear my deck apart. And id say no i got this so u cant do that. "Oh but then ill just play Mystic mine" 😂😂😂 Like why is he competing with me 😂 why does he loves raye more than joshua shimdt 😂😂😂
It’s not, it just doesn’t help them in any way. The extra body doesn’t really help the FTK except in the situation where exactly 1 level 8 monster gets removed from fiend.
You don't target Avramax with it, you target Purgatrio. As long as your opponent controls no cards, its ATK isn't higher than Avramax's, so the loop isn't going yet. Once they do, it boosts its own ATK above Avramax's and makes itself the strongest monster on the board, so Pole Position makes it unaffected by Phoenix Blade, making _Avramax_ the strongest, so now it _is_ affected by Phoenix Blade again, and around we go for the rest of eternity. Thus, since playing a card would cause an infinite loop, the opponent isn't permitted to play a card.
