So different to see the 'old school' H users in the UK/EU compared to the modern US ones (Kensington, Phoenix, Jersey, Skid Row...) who nowadays are mostly messed up sleeping, thanks to the blues&fentanyl...

The SS should have sent both her, and her baby, to Foster Care together after the daughters birth. She'd have been SO able to cope, and turn her life around. As a Midwife, I know there are are such Foster mothers around. RIP sweet Paige
i hate the way all homeless people are seen because of documentaries like this, I have been part of the hidden homeless and it's even harder or us, why are there no real documentaries showing the hidden homeless, who you pass on the street and look as we are going to work in an office etc, because we go to great lengths to not look homeless even the council dont believe us when we go in time after time asking for help , the council could of spared me years of horrific abuse if they had put me on the waiting list all thos yeas I asked for help , but they made me feel like i was a faker because i looked very smart and clean, dispite the hardship I had to go thru to look decent , yrs later the council said i had to proove im homeless by going into a hostal which i did and i was there for years horrificaly abused mainly caused by the staff who had issues and abused me more for reporting the staff,as they had to mask and cover up what they did to me, usually by useing homeless people to do their dirty work and set me up and constantly bully me and the homeless who were vunerable or slow would help the staff or be played by the staff just to keep their room at the hostal, anyway im no longer homeless but im deeply damaged from living in that hostal for years, so much foul play by the council to, its too long to go into detail, but one day I hope to write a book and go into detail, and expose the homeless section for corruption and staff moving dea bodies and suspicous deaths being covered up , the more these staff couldnt manipulate me the more shit they gave me ,and tryed to break me , im still haunted by it all today . even thinking about it makes me cry , its the council who are the main cause of this ,
There is corruption all over the world, in every sector, every country, people in control/power DON'T care about the underdog who is struggling, wold they stop and help out NO, definately not they just add to the situation

Was homeless for a year then ended up in jail its absolutely scary being on the street msn and its hard as hell. Plus you are just do tired and drained all the time always on edge. Wouldn't wish it on anyone

Some of them are just in the wrong parts of the Uk. Yes homeless is everywhere. But more borough’s help more than others all over the Uk. Where I live, the council will go to all lengths to prevent homelessness. Especially women

I never judge the homeless or people that on Drugs. Cause it’s down to really bad stuff happening in there lifes. Help the people that homeless with food and kindness
Its sad too say but thoes people wii find it difficult getting settled back into the counnmity again and they wii find it difficult too live indoors as well because when they have lived on the streets for such a long time it can be difficult for them too live in a house or flat because it something that they haven't had for a long time
If i was to become homless i would make sure that i have plenty of jumpers to keep me warm and sleeping bag packed in my bag then started trying to make some money from begging then buy a big bottle of frosty jacks cider then find somewhere behind a building to stay dry and safe to sleep 😀

ABSOLUTELY 💯. I get up every morning at 5.30 at clean my entire apartment. Then l have a shower. And becuse l have dialisis at home three days a week l feel my place shit be extra clean!

alot of people think about helping the homeless,i myself have 2 spare room's but you are going to go out one day and they are going to empty your house of everything you have ever worked for
That exact thing happened to me. I took in a friend who was living in her car and she was sneaking drugs into my house, getting plastered every night and trashing the place, she stole anything that wasn't glued down and emptied my bank account and turned out she had hundreds of pounds in her purse the entire time while I kept her and struggled for food because she ate everything I would buy in when she was pissed. So it's really not a good idea to let anyone stay because more often than not there is a reason they are homeless.@@paulm5095
Please don't judge everyone who is homeless or addicted to a substance etc because there are some good people who actually appreciate the help and a warm bed knowing they are safe especially females.. But ideally,, if they don't want to help themselves,, then im afraid nobody can help them..

So many people have been lost through mental health, my heart goes out to those people and to their families, addiction is a cruel disease and it claims so many, homelessness is in places where dreams are supposed to be fulfilled, places that shine with promise and then you see underneath all the facade, it shows that it can happen to anyone at anytime life is so fragile. wimpsta982 you have no right to think you know better. Ppl are homeless for reasons that are not plain see, its not as simple as you think its alot different. Just think about them behind a counter rattling ,they wouldn’t even get through an interview you are so naive being homeless is a full time job ask any of them.
Homeless or not. If you're sticking a needle in your flaming arm, you deserve all you get. You give the genuine homeless that are not junkies a bad name.
