celia you probably never gonna read this, but i need to tell u that ( in case you didn’t know ) your heart save others people’s hearts and when i heard you saying that you want to be a doctor made so much sense! you’re soo pretty inside and out, please never forget that. you’re poems have that kind of “power that is strong enough to bring sun to the darkest days“. i wish you could be happy every single day of your life and become whatever you want to be. i feel like you’re my friend, even though i don’t know you, i love and admire you soo much, i can see me in you and your words. thanks for showing me how life can be beautiful again and again. i tend to overthink a lot, and this last week i did a really important test for me, that i don’t know if im gonna pass yet, but in the way to the school, i was listening to this ep ( the first that i ever listened ) and man, that saved me, and helped me a lot, i will never forget those words, thank you.❤️

For anyone overthinking I just wanted to share this quote that has helped me recently. “Tension is who you think you should be. Relaxation is who you are.” (Chinese Proverb) For people that care deeply and have high ideals, it can be hard not to try too hard to make those ideals a reality. What I’m trying to learn is to set goals for myself while letting go of the outcome. I’m trying to be more understanding and compassionate towards myself whenever I make mistakes or I’m not as perfect as I try to be. I try to laugh at my mistakes and in moments it’s hard to, I embrace the fact that each mistake I make makes me more human. Accepting that connects me to others and help me feel less alone, which is what certain emotions can convince us of when we get trapped in negative loops. For those in the thick of it… I know any advice you hear right now might not click in the way that you hope. Just start with creating more space for yourself to let in the light, to notice the beauty we overlook everyday because we are too focused on what we don’t have. A couple ways I’ve done this is to create some new, simple habits. 1. First thing I do is listen to a podcast in the morning so that I’m taking in positive thoughts instead of letting my negative loops start. 2. I listen to uplifting music and I sing on the way to work because it makes me feel good. Learn what uplifts you so that you can create a habit of getting into good energy in the morning, or when you’re feeling down. 3. Learn to appreciate the little things that most people often overlook. At one point in my drive on the way to work I look at the sky, the clouds, the mountains and I take in the beauty of each sunrise. There is beauty in a smile, beauty in someone opening the door for you, beauty in nature, beauty in the level of understanding you now have for other people’s suffering. There is beauty everywhere but we can’t acknowledge or connect to it if we’re choosing to focus on everything we don’t have or want to be different, either about life’s circumstances or about ourselves. Getting connected to things you can enjoy in the present will help you to overthink less and enjoy your life more. Opening yourself up to the right people will help to alleviate the severity of whatever you’re going through. You’re not alone, so many people are experiencing what you’re experiencing. So many people have gone through what you have and made it to the other side and you will too. I hope this helps. With love, - Armando

And I just need to say this.. your podcast was so lovely. I was speechless. I know exactly what you mean in regards to overthinking and staring at words until they become nothing. I create these poems/songs and obsess over them.. I have to take breaks to retain their value 😂 or they turn into nothing. And omg.. I fell in love with a narcissist once. I relate so much to having such high hopes for a person you practically have to be bludgeoned by them to realize they can't be saved. And then you remember, why am I trying to save people? That's not love. So often I feel deeper than anyone around me would ever believe, and I felt that when you mentioned it. I'm just some whacky stranger but If I do have some soul mate out there, I hope she's like you! You gave so much good advice. I expend so much energy on people who don't care, and it's such a waste lol

The thing that i like the most in this video is that you talk with us. You make me think a little more differently about different things. I calmed down on some things because I realized they didn't make sense.The moment you start talking the bad feelings are gone. I hope you are feeling good mentally, physically and do thigs you want.

I dont mean to bug you an i know your very busy. I love your style and your poems speak so much power an truth behind them. I want to thank you for putting into words what i could never truely say. You see there is a girl i love and have loved for so long but she choose another path to get married an have kids with a guy. We was kids when we first dated but her family wouldnt accepted. But it didnt stop us from trying, we have fought for so long to hold on. But i left and she moved on. I stand in contacked over the years, im like another mom to her kids. But now i want to tell her how i truly feel but cant seem to find the words to tell her. I havent been able to write peoms in years mainly do to all the mild concussions ive had from some bad relationships ive been in and others from been so dang clumsy i trip over air. I saw some of your amazing tiktoks and felt inspired to write a poem. I wonder if you would empathize with it. I see your heart bleed. It reminds me of myself. And I wonder if you're tethered to that universal hell. Bleeding spirits like a sprinkler, spewing guts all over town. On the inside, something ugly. But that's not how it comes out. Retching butterflies and gem stones from the poison being drunk. Who knew light could be so vicious? It hath raptured all my love. Shedding tears with open arms. When I heal, it's like a drug. These withdrawals make me sea sick. In my silence I am crushed. Some days I dread my fate and wonder.. do all poets feel this way? While you marvel at creation, does it leave you feeling drained? Who would have thought the human heart, with all it's flaws, and crooked ways.. Had such depth it can't be measured. So much scarring in it's wake. I wish I knew more poets. How I yearn to bare my soul. I see beauty in the madness. I get lost where no one goes. That hidden place knows me by name. It's practically my second home. I kill the demons with my love. I seek out shades and pull them close. I become my greatest fears. My steepest wounds and highest hopes. I'm a vessel for the darkness. That's my secret. No one knows. All this blinding light I'm bleeding, spilling from the blackest hole. In your eyes I see completion. In your tears, you'll be made whole.

Its not a bad thing to over think but i understand what you mean its like a double edge sword, and it hurts and self doubt yourself. Praying does help and god is always protecting you if you talk to him. I took it like it was a gift and a curse, but i decided to think about it as a gift for god . If you think about it if your in a situation you have to make a decision you will be able to make the best possible decision and outcome of that decision and probably safe people's lives in the process. In relationship i can tell that you are a good hearted person loving and caring my guess,and if the guy decides to leave someone like you ,thats a message from god that he's not the right person for you and you deserve better. How i handle my over thinking i just fine something that will distract myself right away. That usually works is doing something you love that will distract you and changing that negativity to a positive way of thinking

If I may, you are such an inspiration to the young and old. God as given you a gift and that gift has not been introduced as yet, be patient, you will know soon enough. I leave you with this thought, when in doubt place a timer to go off within five to ten minutes, clear your mind and close your eyes concentrate on what you see as your eyes are close. This is what God saw when he decided let there be light. Now it's your light with God's help nothing is impossible. Your path is placed for you to follow. Anyway go enjoy life.
