Good tips, thank you! I took it one step further… I made separate Home Screens for work, home, entertainment, fitness, reading, bedtime, etc. Then I tie those to a Focus, removing all the other home screens. So I never see my “Fitness” Home Screen when my Work focus is active.
You can also set a triple tap of the power button to turn on and off grayscale. Under Settings\Accessibility\Accessibility Shortcut -> Select Color Filters.
