Ingredients (6 muffins):
150g (1 ⅓ cup) oat flour
45g (½ cup) cocoa powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
80g (⅓ cup) light brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
½ medium size banana
50g (2 tbsp) runny peanut butter
120ml (½ cup) water
120ml (½ cup) milk I used unsweetened almond milk
½ cup chocolate chunks or chips + for toppings (optional)
