The United States of America, the good old USA it's known for it's amazing food, especially American Diners and the All American Breakfast, a little similar to the Full English Breakfast but on a grander scale and with a side of Pancakes. In fact a huge stack of Pancakes. The MacMaster is at Laurel Diner, a 1930's American Diner in Long Beach New York to review their American Breakfast and Stack of Pancakes. PEDANT ALERT - I know that it's some time since were in US but I didn't reckon you would forget the language so soon. Fortunately, I am fluent in Americanese so I will interpret for you. On the door, when it has a sign saying "EXIT ONLY", it means that you do not go in through that door but to the door on Park Ave to your right. That's the sign saying "Enter at Park Ave ➡". No wonder they all stared at you when you entered! Haha. 😉

Looks alright nowt special. I hate streaky bacon on a breakfast back bacon all the way for me. Think you got carried away with a ten I've had better in Chicago many times.

Menu was far too big. Cannot be all freshly cooked. Eggs looked great. Hash looked over and the bacon was cooked to F!@k, Awful. Pancakes pure sugar. Hope you're not eating like that every day Lee otherwise you'll put on about 3 stone before you get home.

As an Englishman who has spent the last quarter of my life in the states I much prefer english breakfast food soz Mac that gets a 5/10 for the hash brown I do like them…

Curved sausages it caused by the casing. Natural casings (mainly intestines) cause the sausage to curve due to uneven tightening during cooking. Artificial casings are cheaper and used on cheaper sausages. The material in more even and therefore during cooking does not tighten unevenly. Good quality sausages use natural casings and therefore are prone to curving the sausage, whereas cheap sausages use artificial casings that cook evenly. Therefore, a curved sausage is the sign of a good quality sausage.

The Laurel Diner in Long Beach is a terrific place. You forgot to show the bill but I bet it was very reasonable compared to the Empire Diner you ate at in the City. Also, did they run out of Root Beer? You had ordered Root Beer but the drink in front of you had a lemon in it which usually means it's a diet coke. I bet they ran out of Root Beer and you did a substitution. I really enjoyed the video especially because Martin was in it. You have to get him to visit you in Mansfield. He's so funny! Another great job!

Hubby and me ate every morning at the Murray Hill Diner in Murray Hill, Lexington Ave when we visited NYC. It totally set us up for the day. Definitely worth a visit. Love NYC returning in May for my 60th birthday

Bacon looked overcooked as did the hash browns and toast almost looked burnt. Eggs good as were the pancakes as you'd expect in the states. However, I wasn't overly impressed by it as you were 6/10, I think you've reviewed much better previously. Maybe its the Morisons and Toby Carvery breakfasts haunting you haha.

I remember going into a American diner on our first visit to the USA. We were flummoxed when asked how did we want our eggs. We made the mistake of asking what the choices were as the waitress reeled off what sounded like 20 different ways! Worked out that sunny side up was our preferred way so always stuck with that. My finest moment was a diner in San Diego when I asked what was in a Pecan pie. “ well Pecans honey” was the response. I no idea what a Pecan was but had it anyway.

The biscuits are soft dough like scones covered in meat gravy made from drippings of cooked pork sausage, white flour, milk and bits of sausage, bacon, ground beef, or other meat. Google ' Biscuits and Gravy to see how they look. This dish is very popular in the southern states of the United States.

Corned beef hash is freaking AMAZING!! A lot of people are afraid of it, because it resembles a can of dog food, but when done right, it's the best paired with hash browns & over easy eggs. I'm going to a diner tomorrow morning for Saturday breakfast in Pittsburgh, & I can't wait for some of that, along with a side of pancakes!!

Love the vlog, I’m green like Shrek! Hope to going to Florida (hopefully) in January. The breakfast it didn’t look too aesthetically good from my iPad. The eggs were properly “based” that’s the term in the UK. But I guess the taste from your rating of 10 is the most important. Oh, no mushrooms or tomatoes? Looking forward to next vlogs🙋🏻‍♀😊

That breakfast looked AMAZING!! On my first trip to NYC with friends we found a little diner in Manhattan on the first day that had a few different counters in it (one of which was a Subway) but the breakfast counter was amazing, and we ended up eating there every morning. When I returned on my own a few years later I managed to find it again and the breakfasts were JUST as good! How amazing is American French Toast?? I can’t wait to one day return to NYC! 💙🇺🇸🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Eggs had very nice yellow yolks and the sausages looked good too, but I'm not a fan of crispy streaky bacon. Not keen on the pancakes either as I find them too sweet, even with just butter on them. Sorry, only a 7 from me. I used to end up eating porridge on most of my US trips for breakfast, boring I know.

Very Jealous it's on my bucket list , loved breakfast at Denny's when I went to vegas strawberries cream and pancakes. You need to try a steak in the top of the world restaurant at the stratosphere little pricey . And definitely film in Fremont street the real vegas with the lights 👌

Lee is busy editing a vlog he did today but we are in Manhattan ! Tomorrow we hit my favourite breakfast spot Gracie Mews diner on the Upper Eastside - my go to spot before Covid and leaving the city for Long Beach!! Lee has been many times while visiting me but will be checking the Irish Breakfast to see if it is still as good as it was before Covid !

Hard not to get breakfast at a diner like that but those beef liver and onions were calling my name. Havent had that meal since my mom's cooking like 10 years ago. Liver and onions from a diner are usually the best. You should try chipped beef on toast breakfast some time while you're here. Your breakfast looked 10 plus by the way. I need to stop in at that place next time I visit my friend in Brooklyn
