SOOOOOOO i had a mate do this for a backyard party i threw, with decks, lasers, strobes, massive hired sound system and DJs, they made a wicked flyer and hit up unis and all. was so big the police ended up shutting us down hahahahaha
I wish there was a channel that solely films the day to day antics of the FF staff. I wanna see it getting tidied, improved, painted, deliveries, ups and downs... the full buna. Its really interesting to see the behind the scenes stuff
would you want people watching you work like that? You don't think these guys wanna turn the camera off and use the F word occasionally? They aren't dancing monkeys.
Hell yeah man, Tech schools are a GREAT resource, and an investment into the future (for the serious ones) I went to a tech school and was already years ahead of others my age.. It allowed to me work in my industry in the morning, then 2 blocks (double classes) in the afternoon. Then id go to my morning job after school, or My other industry job.. Was working 60 hrs. a week (by choice) and going to school
Move the gas pedal over to the passenger side. Driver steers and brakes, passenger accelerates. I've suggested this idea before and hoping Cleetus sees it sometime. I think this would make for a fun race!
double decker car racing. Like we do for fun here in Australia. Top car steers and the bottom car brakes and accelerates. Maybe double decker Crown-Vics. I'd watch that for $20.
They used to do that at my local circle track. It was amazing. They also did boat/trailer races and stuff. Then the Californians playing Dutton moved in and now the circle track is a baseball field. Progress.
I don't get how these events aren't completely sold out with a waiting list each time. If I didn't live on the other side of the country I'd go to every single one. Thank goodness for the PPV.
Well it actually is kinda of out in the middle of nowhere... Florida is a huge state, so anyone travelling there would pretty much be dedicated to only going out to Bradenton. I had considered going to the Danger Ranger but it would have been about $800 for my travels to make that happen.
Why spend $40 to watch crown Vic's race when you can go to any number of dirt/asphalt ovals and watch a full evening of racing with 3-4 classes for anywhere from $12-$20 ?
@@PreludeDude I live in rural Alaska. I would love to be there. I Googled the trip. Driving Distance: 4332.74 mi , Duration: 2 days 17 hours 40 minutes. ( Florida is a tiny state )
My wife and I enjoyed Pitt passes for Danger Ranger 9000 as usual, and the Pro Trucks kicked some ass as well, so we just purchased our two-day passes for November 17th & 18th, and highly recommend a Cleetus event no matter what's going on! We have been going since day one and have NO plans to STOP anytime soon!!! 🤠
Thanksgiving and a month from Christmas is why you're having trouble selling out. For people in and around central Florida it's not a problem to make it but for the rest of us that's a big trip when we probably have another big trip and a couple big events in a short period of time. You gotta start trying to get more locals that aren't Cleetus viewers to come out. Make some appearances or advertise at the other local tracks like showtime and OSW if you aren't already. Maybe include some local racers and have a figure 8 shootout or late models or something run a short race.
Just speaking for myself. Work and life is what's keeping me from going. Don't have the time or money to make it.... but, maybe someday I'll be able to. Much LOVE though Cleeter McSkeeter
Same goes for me. I had hard enough time convincing two friends to go to Cleetus and Cars Indy for the day and that's only 2hrs from me. I don't think they will be going ever again. Eventually I'll make it down to Bradenton maybe in a couple years when I can afford a camper and can plan to camp.
Hey guys, an actual demo derby would be cool in the burnout pad! I love watching things getting smashed up and I bet they could get some wheel speed down there for some great hits!
I'm a disabled retired firefighter on hospice. If I could get to Florida from Arkansas I would but driving that far with my son that helps me it's going to be too much on me. I would love to beable to fly there but funds are tight. I'll definitely be watching on PPV as I always do. *🏁Get some butts in the seat boys 🏁*
I feel a raffle for a day with cleet and the gang would be sick. Auto entry upon admission. Or put some sort of motion x cleetus product up for someone to win. Cleetus merch package?
Should keep the burnout pad simple for competition. The loop section would be a good spot for open spectator burnouts similar to Aussie's Tuff Street from Summernats, put up concrete barriers and chain fencing and let people get right up close to the action. Another Idea Cleetus could consider is hosting a Powercruise around the local area that leads back to the Freedom Factory.
The timing of the event can be an issue for some with Thanksgiving right around the corner. I wish I could make it but work comes first. I hope its available in 4-6 months on the site when I get back on dry land.
It sounds like an amazing time I wish I lived closer I'd definitely love to see it. I also can't watch on PPV because of a really s**t signal. I hope to see some videos from you guys later about it.
The only thing stopping me from going is having to travel. I would need time off and it would cost hundreds of dollars. If I lived in Florida, I would be there for sure😢
Cleeter might I suggest zoysia grass. All you do is put in plugs from existing grass. It spreads quickly all by itself and is for full sun. The spots that get messed up are naturally filled in as it spreads. Its very thick but turns brown during winter (which really isn’t much or an issue in Florida).
hes got some kind of st augustine blend in there now, apparently it manages the heat and destruction real well and he can just get a pallet to repair it.
You should setup a go cart/pro shifter cart track with all that extra land you have.. I bet tons of people would want to go cart after watching races or the kids riding during races, etc.. not to mention the pro races to bring in more admissions!
If I could I would! I brought my car down from Maryland using the Amtrak auto train back at your first public event, had a blast. Got sunburnt all to heck, but that was fun. All the way in Michigan now as a first time homeowner and already used a ton of PTO this year. Looking forward to the PPV!
Y'all need to make a how to best fly in/drive in/ take the train in to stay at a location around the freedom factory. Get us the down low on best place to stay and fly into and rent a car for those out of town.
We were at the FF for the last 2.4hrs in the cold rain and wind. We had the VIP passes, but it was still a great time. I was about to order tickets again for my sons and ourselves until I heard the main event is on Friday night. It's such a bummer since they won't be here (2hr from the FF) till Friday night. Maybe next year the 2.4hrs will be back to later in the weekend. Still love y'all.
Obviously not, charging $40 for a ticket when a person can go to their local track for $12-$20 and see 3-4 classes of actually competitive racing for the entire night, no air fare/hotel/10 hr. drive... I'll always give my money to a local track.
Just realized im going to be in Florida (Naples area) on vacation the same week as the event 😊 Wife knows I've been dying to go to a Cleetus event at the Freedom Factory, already got the go ahead to buy us tickets, Let's Goooooo.......
He doesn't pay them, and he said hes not going to make them promote his events. He said "if they make a post, cool, if not, no problem, I just want everyone to have fun".
We where going to come to last years LeMullets but didn't due to the rain while on vacation in Florida. This year we are going to miss it because we have other commitments that Friday.
Cleetus As a civil and structural engineer i would suggest you check to make sure the monster trucks clear your track The speed and weight of those trucks impacting your track on landing could potentially destroy the track..... Just saying
My wife and I went 2 years ago from st louis area for a long weekend. The airport is very close to the track. It was great. Hopefully you can do it sometime
I shared it wish I could afford to go fighting a autoimmune disease haven't worked me and my son watch every video hope it get sold out love your crew and family God bless you sir
I suppose one bright side to the neighborhoods being built up next to the track is that there are alot of people that would find coming to the track very convenient
Have you considered lengthening the track to .75 or even 1 mile. Then increasing the seating for bigger purses, and concerts. You need to make the track a event center, and/or a test center for drivers. The more uses the more profitable. First look at increasing the capacity.
I can see the concrete wall crumbling when the monster truck clips it when jumps into the track so I will be definitely getting the PPV to see all the live action let’s go
Man if I had the spare cash to fly down to Florida and back to NC id be there in a flash. My new years goal for next year is to make it to one of the events at Bradenton and one of the races at the FF. From what i see in the videos is that yall boys definitely know how to put together some badass events
Here out in Idaho we got a race called the trailer races where they hook like boat trailers or old camper trailers on the back of the cars and go for broke drive through a trailer etc, last car with whatever is left of a trailer left is the winner
CLEETUS all the mariott hotels in all of Bradenton are sold out this weekend, not sure of other hotel chains. They were all sold out going back 3-4 weeks as well. Not sure what is going on in Bradenton that weekend but we always stay with points when we come to the FF. We even reached out to mariott and they confirmed they are completely booked and actually overbooked that weekend. We were just there this past weekend for the danger ranger, we’ve been all the last 3 years. Always a fun time.
Would love to come but I live in VA so I doubt I'll be able to make the drive down unless I can talk my buddy into coming and splitting the trip with me.
Cleet!...Cleet!...Cleetus!...You have a big field. Offer overnight tent and RV camping for like $10-$20 (or more) with the purchase of tickets. Set up a couple of food vendors for the camping peeps (open for breakfast on Saturday?). Might pull in some of the fans that have a longer drive.
