Heard this acoustic version for the first time a very long time ago. From that day, I've refused to listen to the studio album version ever again. This version is far superior in ever single way. Excellent job, boys. Magnificent.
It’s wild, when these guys first started to get some radio play I was not a fan at all. So much not a fan that I usually changed the channel. Then they made an appearance on 93.3 WMMR in Philadelphia and for some reason I decided to keep listening. They did a set of acoustic songs and I was absolutely glued to the radio and was extremely disappointed when the set was over. I wanted more just one more song😂 I’ve always believed that acoustic music spotlights true talent. I had really had this band all wrong, they were truly talented and I’ve been a huge fan ever since.

His voice is amazing!!!! My husband says he's monotone... I believe my husband is just tone deaf! He gives me chills when he sings "dear agony" acoustic. LOVE IT!!!!!

This is actually the version I sing when I cover it. The lead singer i play with has a higher range so he does the original high part. It works really well!
Saw them 2 times last summer once at the House of Blues in Boston and once at the Mohegan Sun Arena and ready for this summer at the Xfinity Center! So damn good live that it became a tradition to see them live everything they are around lol

This sounds like the version off a CD I own for a live acoustic session on 92.3 Extreme Radio in Cleveland when it used to exist. Only one CD volume was released and the whole album is awesome with so many other artists. Look it up for sure!
Been listening to them b4 they got big never get tired of hearing there music. If u own a ps2 or ps1 I'd highly looking up the game "Run Like He'll" u won't be disappointed in the soundtrack to the game and how they implement breaking benjamin songs into the intense part of the game.
Not completely sure but I think this is the performance they did at 94.3 in Knoxville Tn. Could be wrong but sounds very close to the video that the station posted when it was still on air.
The way ben trails the last word of some of the verses when they do this acoustically makes me feel like a fangirl...And really want to play half life 2 again. So cold to me totally dramatically captures an alien invasion/occupation scifi scenario.
Really wish it was done in standard tuning so people like me can just pick up the guitar and get to practicing! Oh well...I should learn that part sometime. AWESOME SONG!
