Reynir Sterki (W:163 p/74 kg and H:5,7/174 cm) (B:1939-D:1982) was one
of the strongest men in history.
He is known in Iceland as the incredible strongman, his storys of
strength and these video clips are what is left of his story as
perhaps the strongest man ever.

He makes a lot of strategic use of leverage, but holy damn, that's still frigging strong.

Reynir Sterki was his nickname, his real name was Reynir Leósson, . Sterki is icelandic and means "the strong".

I have broken a set of smith & wesson M-100-S with my bare hands as well. The double lock spring broke and they were stuck on me. It took 10 minutes and hurt like hell. I mangled them worse than the ones in this video. Fun times.

It's an easy thing. Three guys in Riverside did it while in police custody. One of the guys knew the trick and showed the others how to break the cuffs. then they showed the broken cuffs to the officers when they got back to the transport car. Needless to say they were charged with a new crime.

That's twisting the chain trick, only works on certain model handcuffs, the chain on these cuffs is way too thick for that to work, he opens these and that requires 675kg to do.

Breaking the rocks there isn’t that strange. It depends on the stone itself and also if it’s on a slight high/low underneath level or crease with upper lip type stone. My dad was a brick layer and could split a brick fairly easily! If you have a porous stone it’s easy! Natural strength is not so crazy as thought some man have crazy upper body strength!

Look up his name in Guinnes book of records. He has still his name there. Tokk it away from some American, still stands today. And to do that you need power.

I have to call bullshit on this, everything looks fake. Unless he does something that obviously doesn't look fake.
