A simple demo for breaking in a high grade Top-Lock style locknut, used for assembling stabilizer (anti-sway) bar links. Because these locknuts have a deformed thread, the amount of twisting force required to overcome friction on the bolt can sometimes be higher than the targeted torque spec for the assembly. By working the nut on and off 2-3 times, the bolt complies and friction is reduced, making the installation easier.
