Last year my return was to be around 7,000 (which is the minimum they should give back, considering how MUCH they took), instead I get 1,200 back and a note saying "we've adjusted your return" without an explanation as to why or how. This year, it's a week past estimated return and still nothing, bet they'll do it again.

It could be that if they tell the media too much it will alert those who are the issue and we won't be able to shut it down. My guess is that it has to do with what has been crossing the southern border. Military age men. Not families. If so. We could be seeing alot more then the average citizen could handle.
