One of the biggest things I miss switching to a Model Y are ventilated seats. Glad to see them starting to include them in the lower models

If the taillight lifts to the trunk, how will rear traffic see it? That's a DOT violation. There must be stationary taillights somewhere else

Nice !! updates finally , are there cameras on the front bumper or just at the windshield , that sound system in tesla is amazing .. can’t wait to test ride one , definitely the ride will more better.. hopefully not too bumpy in the rear

Great review and breakdown. The most structured presentation amongst a flurry of videos on the revised model 3. For me the overall update to the exterior and interior are significant. As well as the increased range, more comfortable ride and sound deadening all combined to provide a more relaxed ride. Bravo Tesla!

This is amazing!!!! I knew the refresh was coming soon. I can’t wait for US models to be available for order!!!! Ventilated seats is the best feature, especially as a fellow Floridian 😂 everything else is just a bonus to me.

The new model rocks! I placed an order in July 26th for the old Model 3 LR AWD (247600 RON ~= $54400), I got my command on hold because I was waiting for some incentives from my country. Today I received a new order agreement with the new Model 3. The new price is 252550 RON ~= $55500, however they offered me a discount to keep the old price. I'll get the news regarding the incentives in the following days, but either way... I'll buy my first Tesla. I don't have delivery dates yet, but since this order is pretty old, I expect my delivery to be ASAP (hopefully beginning of October). 🎉

So wonder if the vented seats can go in the current M3 since just picked up on the 20th of August

As a Tesla owner and an investor, this refresh is very concerning. I have not seen a single review or RU-vid video that didn't complain about putting the turn signals on the steering wheel. Why would Tesla make such a polarizing change to the entry level car? I would have serious reservations about purchasing a Tesla now.

Can we now do a proper alignment? (Instead of the "Toe And Go"?)

The tail light are a tip of the hat to the previous gen Accord and the Polestar 1.

The aero improvement looks pretty big, pretty desperately needed on the Y, alongside the creature comforts just adds anticipation for Juniper. That front bumper camera will also probably enable a 360 view.

How about the front bumper camera? Has that been confirmed?

I heard that it may come with a front bumper camera? I’m guessing that’s why we now have the steering wheel camera button?

So what I get out of all this is if I trade in my 2022 Model 3 rwd for a new one I may be able to break 200 miles of city driving on a regular basis. I knew Tesla over inflated numbers but damn I only get about 180 to 190 a charge. If I drive to single digits I can break 200 but with a rated range of 272 I shouldn't have to run that low to get like 210 miles.

Motors and batteries are things Tesla can always change. We know Tesla does frequent changes to things like that.

Thanks, BTG! I am very curious about the new tail lights. I thought here in the US, the tail lights had to be visible for the hazard lights even when the trunk is up. I don't own a Tesla, yet :), so I am not sure how it is now but I found that interesting.

I love the new stalks.....oh wait nevermind. Most everything else looks good except the lack of front camera but lets see if they iclude this on US version.

Very odd with taillights in trunk. The US has a mandate that they must have visible taillights with trunk open for safety. I wonder how that will work on this design.

Highlights: - better nose styling - no more sad catfish look - that shade of red should be better - more range Disappointments: - USS didn’t return - no stalks on steering column - same basic styling as before, barely distinguishable from previous design - need more color choices esp at no addl cost so we don’t see generic white everywhere

Yeah the only thing I wish my M3 performance had was the cheek chillers and rear display. The sound is already good, I like the stocks and I actually prefer the current headlight shape over this change. It would be cool if they have the option to change the front seats out for the ventilated ones on existing M3s. I would pay for that. As cool as a rear display would be, I do still worry about kids kicking it and breaking it, so I can live without it.

I knows looks are subjective, but after perusing the Tesla 3 forums there are a lot of salty and delusional owners today! This thing is a grand slam, anyone that thinks the current iteration is overall superior, is talking crazy to me!

I would never buy a Tesla until the paint doesn't need ppf like what you insist is necessary on all your teslas!
