hii should be thru Auslanderbehörde. Once naka-melden kn po sa munisipyo ng new Stadt, they will give u Zettel then punta ka lang sa Auslanderbehörde (no need ng termin). Let them know its a change of address, then lalagay nlang nila as sticker sa Aufenthaltstitel mo ung new Address. :)
