Trump has managed to delay all the cases with the exception of the NY documents case and now none are likely to be heard until after the election. The NY case is the weakest and is the least likely to sway voters even if convicted. Biden is unpopular to the point where Trump could win fairly and even if he doesn't, he has been putting the people in place to support him when he calls the election rigged to get the state legislatures to call it in his favor. Once in, project 2025 will be implement which will allow Trump to have free reign.
