Breakup, Day 1, starting over 

It's alright to feel devastated. Don't let people tell you to get over it fast blah blah. Natural for you to feel this way. You're taking positive steps already continuing to exercise. I've been through this too. Exercise is the number one I could possibly recommend. The mistakes you made with this woman you can learn from and you'll be a great man for the next one. Good luck.

Just keep yourself occupied as your head will mess with you when your alone. If you're friends come to help you out don't push them away. You're young, you'll get past it but keep up your routines and get a job asap.....in this economy not only do you need to work but it'll keep your mind occupied. Best wishes!

Nothing wrong with feeling hurt and sad with a breakup. We all have been through this process. Relationships come and go. First most important is reconnect with your self as you stated you have completed alot education. Get back in touch that made your gf connect with you. I'll tell you love yourself and fix the brokeness things will get better in time. Relationships need work both couples are ra8sed with different up brings. As an older guy in my 40,s I can tell you that a breakup will either break you or make you a better stronger man. Hopefully you'll be on the latter part. Oh and never accept back someone that has let you go, NO MATTER WHAT. Keep fit , get redpilled asap, learn game, grind and never look back, the better part of your future still lies ahead brother.

As someone who has bpd and feels things incredibly deeply I’ve found your channel and finally realized what it’s for which makes this channel way more interesting. I like what you’re doing, it’s very vulnerable and down to earth but it looks therapeutic so hopefully posting videos helps you and other people going through breakups. Breakups hurt a lot. Time like that spent with another person can leave a hole in you for a while but as time passes that hole feels smaller and smaller and eventually you realize you never needed that person to survive. It was just nice to have them around. Grief is a process, time makes it easier though. thanks for sharing.
