I love this. I’m looking for over the muscle as I’m a powerlifter, EMT and Firefighter. I want to improve how my breasts look but have encounter so many people against over the muscle. If I’ve spent years building strength to compete, why the heck would I want to cut into my muscle and lose 15% of my strength. At competition, 15% is a difference I don’t want to sacrifice. That and I need my strength for EMS/Fire and Rescue.

Is there any way to do an EXPLANT with over muscle 475cc silicone implants without needing a lift or some revision work and not result in flabby flapjack breasts? Asking for a friend 😏
