Thankyou for sharing this. I have cfs and doing this slowly would still be very draining for me with all the mouth exhales. They disturb my oxygen carbon dioxide balance. I find nose breathing (buteyko) when possible always feels better for me.
I would say to experiment and see what feels best for you! Or you might want to try a different breathing technique. Breath work can be just as demanding as physical exercise sometimes which can help us build stamina but only if it’s a comfortable level of challenge for us. So definitely listen to your body!
