hey rachel, I was wondering for how long at a time do you recommend doing the practices you've showed us? thanks for your content, I am really enjoying it at the moment :)!

5 minutes I would say is a good goal! You can go longer or shorter, depending on your comfort level.

Thankyou for sharing this. I have cfs and doing this slowly would still be very draining for me with all the mouth exhales. They disturb my oxygen carbon dioxide balance. I find nose breathing (buteyko) when possible always feels better for me.

I would say to experiment and see what feels best for you! Or you might want to try a different breathing technique. Breath work can be just as demanding as physical exercise sometimes which can help us build stamina but only if it’s a comfortable level of challenge for us. So definitely listen to your body!
