I will try this next time I enter an elevator. They make me dizzy & nauseous. I leave work walking like a drunk exiting the elevator. I have existing mobility problems. Its painful to walk & add dizziness & fatigue of a 12 hr shift. A real delight.

i get random spells of dizziness occasionally. i suspect it has to do with the vagus nerve as i fainted before and the emergency doc couldnt find anything else wrong but suggested it might be vagus nerve related but told me nothing else. ive been having random vertigo since last night, thought it would pass while i sleep but i woke up still dizzy and started googling vagus and vertigo. found your vid. i did this exercise (along with some other stretches) and i am actually much less dizzy now! luckily i also lately started meditation-yoga sessions and we do basically the same exercise there sometimes, so ive gotten practice doing it before now but no knowledge about that it could help the dizziness. after seeing it help me today now i feel motivated to properly do this exercise everyday at home. thank you!

My dizziness started around the same time i got acid reflux. I'm not dizzy all the time either. I probably get it once a week and only when I'm standing/ walking. When i get the slight dizzyness i also get slight heart palpitations but as soon as i sit down i feel better and it all goes away and then comes back again the following week. Is this vagus nerve related?

Doesn't the abdomen play on the inhale? You put all emphasis on rib cage. Everything I've studied says first inhale abdomen then chest. Correct me if I'm wrong.

You do have it backwards. Chest then abdomen.

How long do you do the breathing for just a few min 10 min ??

I like to do this for 5 cycles at a time and you can do it multiple times a day.

Juice carrots and ginger and turmeric. And Take supplements: Vitamin E, fish oil (omega 3-6-9) and biotin and collagen.
