All i can say is true perfection. The long bhramari pranayama made my arms tired but it put me in deep relaxation. I think i'll be doing this daily. Thanks brother.

Abhi love your breathing routines. This is an excellent one. I couldn't do the humming as long as you do but i will keep trying every day. I want to get to sleep better i wake up at night a lot.

I cannot hold my breath out for any more than 5 seconds after the round of breath of fire. I’m starving for breath. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Michael, that is perfectly fine. As you continue to practice daily you will be able to hold the breath longer as you progress with the practice. Hi there, best will be on an empty stomach towards the evening. If you take early dinner and leave a few hours gap before sleep that would be a good time too. If you wake up during the night do the Bhramari pranayama. It will relax you to go back to sleep. Kya brain puritarah rewire hota hai? Kya sach mei pura brain structure badalta hai? Yeh mere liye bohot zaroori hai. Main aapne aapko pura badalna chahta hoon, jaise new version hona chahta hoon OR new born hona chahta hoon matlab ekdom puritarah change hoona chahte hoon. Please, I request you please*

If kapalbhati is suppose to energize your body how can it help you sleep. It’s like drinking coffee before bedtime. 🤔
