Hi Michael, that is perfectly fine. As you continue to practice daily you will be able to hold the breath longer as you progress with the practice. Remember to keep breath holds at a comfort level, practice at your own pace. You will still experience the benefits. Hope this helps. Thank you for connecting. Sending much love and blessings ❤🙏
Thank you Abhi. I am following a few of your pranamaya routines and feeling great energy which was lower Just want to check when to do this particular routing. Is is before sleeping or when I wake up at night or during the day
Hi there, best will be on an empty stomach towards the evening. If you take early dinner and leave a few hours gap before sleep that would be a good time too. If you wake up during the night do the Bhramari pranayama. It will relax you to go back to sleep. We also have a comprehensive sleep course membership (sleep music app plus course) if your are interested www.meditatewithabhi.com/sleep-membership
*Namashkar, main aapka RU-vid Channel 7 month se subscriber hoon. Mujhe aapse bohot hi zaroori baat karni hai. Main 24 saal ka hoon. Main aapne life ke liye sach mei bohot serious hoon. Main aapne aapko improve karna chahta hoon, mujhe aur late nahi karna. Mera question hai ki, kya 3 steps of Rhythmic Breathing( With Mewing), Pranayama( With Mewing), Mudras with breathing( With Mewing) & Deep Breathing( With Mewing) midnight 3:45 am( Brahma Muhurat) samay par OR hardin kaali pet karne se kya brain pe affect hota hai? Kya brain puritarah rewire hota hai? Kya sach mei pura brain structure badalta hai? Yeh mere liye bohot zaroori hai. Main aapne aapko pura badalna chahta hoon, jaise new version hona chahta hoon OR new born hona chahta hoon matlab ekdom puritarah change hoona chahte hoon. Please, I request you please*
Hi there we have a meditation course coming up next month that exactly addresses overthinking. Meanwhile you can try box Breathing to calm the mind ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dFzmPdz3pIY.htmlsi=YEkgS-xX9jVC0ZIF
Hi @yinyang992! Great question! While Kapalbhati energizes the body, it helps to reset your energy balance, which can actually support the natural production of melatonin for better sleep. Following Kapalbhati with calming practices like Bhramari Pranayama (Humming Bee Breath) helps to calm the mind, and Khechari Mudra enhances the benefits of your breathing exercises and sleep. It’s all about creating the right sequence to prepare your body for restful sleep. 😊
For sure that's not a problem. Always better to drink water 30 minutes before bed so you don't wake up in the middle of the night. Sending many blessings and cheers Abhi 🙏
