I never understood why to do that.. Joe said in breath meditation to become nothing and nowhere. So.. I am nothing and nowhere.. and whats the meaning..? good feeling? Don't know why would I do that frequently.. even if it feels elevated feeling.

The nothing/nowhere idea is about dissolving the attachment to the body and the limitations we associate it with...its only in that state that we get to transcend/expand our familiar limitations, manifesting as healing in the body or an incredibly lucid experience of past/future events in your life.

@@popeopera well said! It always makes me think of the studies done on divergent and convergent focus. Throughtout our day most of us are in convergent focus. Thinking about of latop, the room were in, the stuff were working on. Maybe our body which may be sore. This type of thinking is great but can also be were we can find ourselves in patterns which are Mal-adaptive and begins to cuase dis-eaze in the body. Convergent focus is the anditdote. opening our focus and becoming "nobody-nothing" is directly connected to the begining to create more cohernce, harmony and rest (peace) in the body. Like einstien said, you can't fix the probelm at the same level of consciousness. moivng our focus not only makes us feel good if we do it long enough but will litterly let us create and upgrade our nural pathways to litterly see the same problem from a upgraded brain (nural pathways). as if we are seeing it for the first time. WITHOUT the emtion connetions/triggers to the any negitive assciated emotions. Lets go, great question. Thanks @popeopera for your insight
