I haven’t thought about it till you brought it up. Looking at the dark space above my eyes, when I would wake up I would lay in bed with my eyes slightly open, pictures would flash across that dark screen as I will call it, though to rapid to get a lasting impression, but amazing.
Yes amazing ! i practice this myself. I call it a transitional phase between wakefulness and sleep where you might see vivid visual phenomena. Sit comfortably with your back straight, breathe in through your nose for a count of four and out through your mouth for a count of six. The out breath longer than the in breath will slow your heart rate enough for you to sense some calmness. Concentrate on the path of the air. If outer thoughts come in, which they will, allow them to pass like a cloud going by and return to watching the path of the air. Honestly, if you will follow The School of Breath, you will attain the relaxation and calm you seek. Namaste

I have been watching your video and this practice almost every day for three weeks. The one or two days I missed I did the technique on my own in a shorter version to not break the progress. I definitely have been feeling less worried about my finances and troubles and the feeling all will be well. I also have shared this with my daughter who enjoys it as well. Thank you again!!!

Day 1… I astral projected after doing this.. I visited other versions of loved ones.. I woke up feeling very rested although I’ve must’ve been asleep for only a couple of hours. My body and consciousness feels different

Profound experience, the 2 min second meditation was very effective for me after all the breathing techniques. This will be my go to before meditation. Thank's for explaining the science befind it and the proper steps to get into meditation.

OK....I COMPLETED 30DAYS...THINGS ARE NOT BETTER....I THINK THERE IS TOO MUCH TOXICITY STUCK INSIDE ME... PHYSICALLY....MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY....SO I WILL CONTINUE THIS PRACTICE... There are lots of meditation video's who have the commercials in the beginning and at the end. Here the commercials are in the middle. So during the breathwork. And that is really annoying and distracting.
I've complained to you tube about this and they said its not the creator that decides if and when the ads the start its when RU-vid decides. And if u pay the monthly fee you don't have to deal with them.fyi I was told if the video doesn't have that many views the less likely we are to see ads.
@@tarafaulkner I use it every day and am looking for another video that has the same content. Every day I have to get out of my meditation to click away the ad, twice. So it does not work for me. Which is too bad, this way I can not get in as deep as I would want. I do know the creator can contact yt and explain it is a meditation , so they will not put the ads in during. Other creators can do that.
