@Kristen, I just did this practise with AirPods Max, there is no music in this video, your mic is picking up your heartbeat 💗, this was extremely calming. To do this and hear another human calm heartbeat. Thank you for this video.
Thank you. I have meditated throughout the years. Right now my anxiety is very high. Guided meditation can be frustrating for me. This breathwork meditation helped me a lot with my morning anxiety

I've been really fatigued and have a sore throat since last night and even though I'm doing everything in my power to heal, i.e., ginger tea, salt water gargle, extra water intake, epsom salt detox bath, rest, fresh raw veggies, meditation and healing I AM affirmations, my anxiety is still flaring... this was really soothing and helpful. I'm going to practice again. ♡
