He helped build hockey in St. Louis. Without him this parade would t be happening and the Blues might not even have a team. He can get as drunk as he wants this is a special day for him and the fans.

I remember that day so vividly. But I really remember when he started talking wondering if we were going to have to cut him off! We were so scared during his entire speech.
