- Damn Tony, look at all that Ss! I am completely satisfied w/ my brew buckets as well and haven't looked back since I got out of plastic. Congrats on that. - I love that camera spinning feature during Kevin's storytime...really cool. What a great memory that night was and such a great night w/ friends. - I too was trying to live in the moment but still feel like I was super distracted...I'll address this more when I eventually shoot my NHC HBW - Yeah I couldn't believe how much you ran into Charlie LOL! Great wrap up video on your last handful of weeks in your beer life Tony. So glad to be a part of it and to watch it back again. Cheers buddy!

Thanks, Josh! Been eyeing these for awhile... kinda feel like I'm the last one to get them. :-) Yeah, the camera shot...thanks, the 360 cams can do some interesting things for sure. Now if I could just spend some time learning more about them. Haha. Till we meet again. :-) Cheers, man!

Oh man all stainless...same way I am headed. That NHC footage...so great. Really makes me wish I had been able to attend this year. Like you I am looking for that once in a lifetime opportunity. Maybe next year. So good to see you laughin it up with all the usual suspects. Cheers Tony!

I had a blast Ryan! Was really great, especially all the wonderful things you shared during the awards ceremony - I owe you big time! Yeah, the brett stuff is starting off great, but I am worried that I started at such a low gravity for it to have much to 'process', so adding more makes sense, i.e. fermentables such as fruit purree. Would you do the same? Cheers!

I wish I could have made it! NHC is hard to explain. Such a great experience. Don't believe any stories that Nate and Josh may have told about me at NHC 2017...... Cheers Tony! I hope you had an opportunity to taste my tart cherry brown that Nate brought. That was a Brett/us-05 fermented brown with some tart cherry concentrate added to try to boost the cherry flavor. It needs more cherry, my opinion.

Yeah man, we missed you, but maybe next year! I DID get to taste your TCB beer and enjoyed it very much! Thanks for that! I was hoping to get that same bretty taste in my latest red saison, but yours had more of that punch that so far mine is lacking. Cheers!

Tony Yates. I really like what brett does. I used wyeast 5526 in secondary. It was in secondary for over one year. The year really thru some cherry flavor. I really wanted more cherry. That's the reason for the concentrate. It's been an entire year since I've tasted one. We shared one at nhc last year. Cheers!
