I once made jungle juice and put baileys in the dispenser thing and shuck it up.Almost cried as me and my homie watched the whole thing curdle up😭😭💀💀 We still dropped a bunch of acid and drank it tho we were literally rolling around in it on the floor by the end of the night then had to go to work

What I use is a 2:1ratio of Orange juice and pinnacle whip cream vodka, ice and stir or shake. You have a vodka drink that tastes a lot like cream cicle.

Liquor 42 and heavy cream is better for this. You can also do some fun presentation with it since the crean can sit on top and make a tiny beer shot where the gimmick is it looks like a beer with a head of foam

I make this but instead use orange juice and whipped cream vodka and just make a screwdriver then use Smirnoff or your choice of alcoholic whipped cream instead of adding dairy or Baileys to the juice it won’t curdle and tastes great.

You can't mix citric acid with a cream fluid. It causes it to curdle. That's the texture. You need a cream flavored clear liqueur.

Baileys do poorly with anything acidic, which includes most juices and sodas. It immediately curdles the cream, making the fats cluster and separate. I knew it would be an awful combo the second you brought out the ingredients. Use something cream-flavoured that does not actually contain cream.

You’ll need a shaker to “fuse” hard-to-mix ingredients. Use 1 block of ice to “whip shake”. Texture should look way better

This is what we called a Dream Sickle in college. not sure on the portions, it has been a while since I made it, but I remember the ingredients. Big Red soda (It's a southern soda, really big in Texas but popular here as well.) Orange Juice Vodka (Vanilla vodka if you have it, if not, regular vodka will work, just add a drop or two of vanilla extract, not much) That's it. Tasts amazingly like a dream sickle.

Umm ... I'm like 70% sure that just curdled immediately. It's safe to drink, but I say good luck on stopping the curdling unless your willing to strain the churds out.
