Ah, the first episode with Stewie and Brian together. This song has been stuck inside my head sence it came out. This is one of the best family guy songs and episodes!

When songs like this are recorded, each voice track is recorded separately. Seth Mcfarlane would have recorded in Stewie's voice and then recorded in Brian's voice. When the episode was put together, both tracks would be added and magically, Seth Mcfarlane does a duet with himself.
