I think I prefer the version by the well-known band 'Alka-Seltzer' - especially if you can 'stomach' listening to this version of the song - especially after the Clash's version from 1979 on 'London Calling' !

🤘✌️🇦🇺 A DJ said to the Clash that if they had a #1 Album, she would buy them a Cadillac. Instead The Clash wrote Brand New Cadillac and when London Calling went to #1 The Clash bought her a Cadillac. The Cadillac was then auctioned off for a charity.
