I met him at a local gym once. He was just trying to get a workout in while out of town. Everyone swarmed him. He didn’t get upset once. Smiled and greeted each person like a friend. Then watched him fist bump someone with a 80lbs dumbbell in his hand at full extension. I’ll never forget that

Keeping back angle the same until bar clears the knees, not lifting hips first, chest out with upper back locked in position are all key. One problem I had and most people have is getting the hamstrings loosened up enough to get into good position. This requires stretching 2 or 3 times a day and using squats to help get the hamstrings stretched out. When I first got into good form it felt like I could pull 100 lbs more than before.

That makes sense. I start very light because I have bad scoliosis and I need proper form. But now I'm getting much stronger with proper position and not all sloppy.
