She said she was going to take him to the cleaners using the court system that is 100% in favor of the mother, and that makes those kids little gold mines, that literally are a constant large paycheck. He said, no. Now, she is dead, and he will go to jail for the rest of his life, and the kids will have no parents. Another successful outcome in the Massachusets siestem.
You know no important details of the case yet. Our justice system is supposed to be innocent until proven by a court to be guilty. Not proven by media or public opinion. Just not fair.
How could anyone know? He hasn't even been charged; and so far there's been no victim produced. Granted, the Defendant certainly seems guilty of something, but you have to charge with the correct crime. You can't just hold people indefinitely on nonsensical "intimidation." It sounds like he already had another federal case. So, it would appear that a bail violation might be a more appropriate charge... assuming there's an articulable violation. Bottom line, you have to have your ducks in a row before you hold someone for a suspected murder.

It is mind-blowing to me that in such a case the house would be exempted from search right from the start. It shouldn't even be a question. Missing person last seen in house? We search the house.

For someone to say that a person is most definitely guilty without seeing the evidence is sadistic no matter how much lipstick you put on that pig, its still a pig. Did he do it? I don't know, I haven't seen the evidence. But I know from first hand experience that cops, lawyers, and judges do lie. Corruption runs deep in this nation. At our local courthouse, the cops, lawyers, and judges are literally in bed with each other. Yes, they're fucking each other. So, when you appear before a certain judge, who was just having sex with the assistant DA prosecuting you 12 hours earlier, you get the idea. As you know, people have spent literal decades in prison for crimes they did not commit. The advent of DNA tech has gotten some of them released, on the condition they won't sue the State of course as a condition for their release. And what are you going to do if you're in prison and have been there for 10 plus years, refuse to be released? Most people agree not to sue and are released. Then of course, there are those who were executed for crimes they did not commit. They really got the short end of the stick. So, you're right. You have to have you're ducks in a row, but if you don't, prosecutors and judges don't lose their lives and their liberty. They just carry on collecting that State check when the "ducks don't line up".

If he is responsible for her death, he is among FAR too many who take selfishness to a whole new and depraved level. Not only did he take the life of one person, he changed the lives of everyone who knew and loved her with ZERO consideration for anyone but himself. It is especially heartless for their children who, if he is guilty, while far better off without him, but who are now without their parents. WHAT is so abhorrent about divorce that you would think that taking the life of your child's mother is the only way to go? If he didn't want to pay child support, that is now the least of his worries.
I encourage everyone to study up on narcissist or sociopaths. They are responsible for most domestic violence and abuse and are at least 10% of the population. Most abuse is psychological abuse which is hard to substantiate.

I was married to a covert narcissist and these people are vile so I just try and give a heads up for people to study cluster B personality disorders because it might save them a lot of problems and maybe their life if they don't get involved with them. If the house is in the wife’s name then he’s screwed. Even if it isn’t this still means he’ll never see the 50K ever again, no matter the outcome! He loses either way.

According to court documents on previous case she received money from his shady dealings. She then bough all those properties. Its all about money. So sad.
I live in the Boston area and seriously hope if I ever end up going to court that I don’t have lawyers on either side that are winging it like these ones. Oy!
