Nice work as usual though a couple of things - it is a real pity that arch brick # 17 broke and also cleaning those brick on the scaffolding and working from it may be stretching it's limits - also not like you guys to not over protect your work surroundings as the window directly below got a bit of a bashing from all sort of stuff......

I’m in West Scotland just over the border.Seen a lot of black brick they call them. Absolutely rock hard. You need a powerful SDS Drill if fixing into them. They’ll still be here long after us. Think, in 100 years people can watch this video and see who worked on the property,probably before it gets flattened due to coronavirus 🤣👍🏻

Absolute banging job this. I know in the grand scheme of things this is a small job compared to an extension or a house but I can only suggest you should have the same amount of pride doing this job to a full on extension. Cracking stuff and well done for filming all whilst doing the job itself. Well done too for putting your watermark in the middle of the video view as opposed to the perimiter as copycats just crop the video in a bit with their stealing process. Thumbs up.

What have you done with the insulation, you did not put it back between the masonry layers, why?
@kuk3411
@kuk3411 4 года назад
Would be nice to have seen raking out and strong boys used instead of the holes in the bricks, but still nice tidy job in the end. Can you do ought with the brick holes? Maybe a bit of red dyed mortar? Or put the holes in the mortar for the wood prop.. not sure if that would do the trick and hold though I suppose.
