And nowhere near as expensive. She looked absolutely stunning and regal in the first dress. The one she chose was beautiful and fitting for her theme. Personally I would have gone for a ballerina length for a field wedding, not dragging a train across a field.
Gok really has the most stunning gowns I’ve ever seen, and is such a genius. If I get to renew my vows, I will fly over the Atlantic Ocean just to find my dream dress that I didn’t get to have.
My thoughts exactly!! Gok’s gowns are the most beautiful by far and he’s brilliant at picking the perfect dress for each bride!! It would be an absolute dream to go there.
I anticipated Vik to take over the appointment, and run her own agenda. She was so honest and supportive, just as a bestie should be. Dress three was pure Gok magic (again) I just love him!!!!
The dress that she chose was ethereal. Just the right dress for getting married in a field as she looks like the only tree gracing the earth. I have never seen a dress like this and whoever the designer is needs to be recognized across all he wedding shops that I subscribe to.

I am always amazed at the variety of dresses I see on the shows with Gok. It always seems that Gok finds something unique and flattering for each individual bride's body and personality.
As much as she thought she liked the second dress, her body language was 'off', almost slouching and it really wasn't bridal enough for her. The third dress was a perfect combination of the first and second dress. Gok does it again!
I dont know were he purchases the gowns but evertime they walk away looking stunning like they were made personally for the bride to be I also love the way Gok takes the time to properly pin the garments to the brides body so that they can have an accurate idea of what that gown would look like after the alterations or the final fitting will be for me this is the best yes to the dress bravo Gok bravo you are truly a blessing.
Yes, Gok has exquisite taste and a superb sense of style. This "Raine" gown and matching "Neve" wrapped-waist jacket are from *All Who Wander* label, which specializes in boho bridalwear. I googled the label and found that the label is part of *Essence of Australia* bridalwear company.
His store does not carry Essence of Australia or some other brands. IDK who decides who they carry, so it may not be David's fault. Most of the brands Confetti and Lace carry are more expensive labels.
The other shops respect budget to , but some brides go in with a budget that’s unrealistic to the style of dress they want! Not the shops fault or consultants fault if it goes over Some brides have “ lemonade money but champagne taste “
@@JoyfulMD - I’m a REALLY BAD SHOPPER. My friend has had style since 5th grade. Nearly 30 years later… I run nearly everything by her. Some people know clothes and some of us would be in sweatpants and tank tops every day. It’s distressing to me to shop. My friend does it like… magic. I totally get this dynamic. I even asked my friend about “nice” underwear many times. It’s hard to shop. Whatever you guys. 🤪
I love this show. I love the realistic budgets the brides have, I love how unique and special all the dresses are. I actually went to Kleinfeld in New York to shop for a wedding dress with my bff. When they found out her budget was only 2500 they immediately have this look like they can’t work with that - keep in mind this was 10 years ago!

And he never gets caught up in just giving them the most expensive dresses or the standard ones everyone else has like David & Kleinfelds do. He actually finds individual dresses that suit the brides
The first dress was beyond words.. absolutely heavenly and magnificent. It was heavy on the decorative elements, but the bride pulled it off so gracefully and elegantly. Of course the one she chose is very special as well. But I would choose the first one for her ❤️❤️❤️
It was absolutely so wonderful to see amazing stunning fantastical regal wedding dresses that aren't despicably over priced and regurgitated. Gok wins!! Hands down. This bride looked like a jewel and show a bride she be presented to her husband and family and friends on a once in a lifetime sacred union.
I actually liked the 2nd dress and it brought tears to my eyes, so I was as shocked as the bride by her entourage's reaction, but at the same time every one of these dresses fit her perfectly
This SYTTD is the most perfect version of the show, I love every bride, bridal party, GOK, the DRESSES, EVERYTHING. I cry seeing the final dress everytime
I really enjoyed this friendship. The friend was opinionated and honest but you could tell it was from a place of love and just wanting the best for her friend and not a place of jealousy or trying to overtake the appointment like a couple others I've seen on the show. Plus all three dresses were stunning but that last one really was everything! Her smile when she came out said it all
I love the Lancashire version of SYTTD so much, but I missed seeing the bride's first look at her dress and the countdown Gok always does before the bride comes down to her entourage. She chose a lovely gown, however, and will look stunning on her wedding day!
The 2nd dress was almost costume-like, but that 3rd dress was the perfect mix of bridal/theme. You could tell by the look on her face how happy she was to be wearing it.
Oh my goodness, she looked amazing in all three dresses but, definitely, the third one was my favourite!!! I think her best friend is lovely. She is not pushy. She wants only the best for this beautiful bride ❣️

Once again Gok hits it out of the park! As soon as she came into the room I started saying out loud, "She needs leaves and tendrils and flowers and that sort of thing!" over and over. Perfect. Totally stunning.
That 3rd dress was exactly right for her. The first 1st one was fabulous, but as she said, it wasn't practical. The 2nd one was much too frumpy, made her look ten years older. But, yes, she got it right the 3rd time 😊.
The dress she chose was beautiful, but I also liked the second one as well. I think the first flower crown was the prettiest and it did look more like a festival to me. I don't know why no one liked that crown. She looked beautiful in all of the dresses.
I love that Gok can have so little (or too much) to go on, and chooses perfect dresses for the bride... dresses they never would have looked at... 💜 Beautiful.
