This bride's mini-fashionista son picks out a wedding dress for his mum to try on! Will it be the perfect dress for her? Catch Say Yes to the Dress on TLC - Sky 133, Virgin 162, BT TV 323
Yes, Monte was so wonderful to include the kid and they did a great job. He looked so cute in the same outfit as Monte. This video made me laugh and constantly smile and at the end with a little tear in my eyes, when mom got teary eyed. What a lovely family! ❤😂😊
It's so cute! When I first watched it I just thought it was for the gag. Now I've watched it again I realise that had Jayden not been included he probably would be reserved about what dress she picked. It also seems way more special for the bride that her son knows her so well as to have picked the right dress
Monte's said in another video that he's always wanted kids and he would cherish every moment if he had the chance to have that bond so I think he's just really good with kids in general
@@megasauruss yeah white wedding dresses were popularised (in the west) by queen victoria in england, after she wore one for her wedding with prince albert.
You can tell she's an absolutely amazing mother because not only is Jaden so smart, funny and quirky, but her older son is so incredibly kind and supportive as well. She raised them absolutely perfectly
Her oldest is like a little dad. Did anyone notice that? “This is the most beautiful I’ve ever seen you” like a father looking down on his little girl.
That's pretty much how u feel when u have to bring up ur mom without a dad by your side. I am an eldest daughter but I still feel like my mom's father. I can relate to him...
The eldest son is really special. For a teenager to have such poise, reserve, and expressiveness is a testament to him and Mom. She literally gasped when he said "this is the most beautiful I've ever seen you". You could hear and see how much that meant to her. Wishing all of them the best!!
omg when the kid was walking like monte I LOST IT. But I also want to point out how supportive and loving her older son was too! She’s obviously raised TWO amazing kids and deserves all the love.
Little man stole the show, but when big brother got emotional and complimented his momma the waterworks turned on for me! 🥺 He said “I think that’s the most beautiful I’ve ever seen you.” ❤️
I just love this little kid. Like said below, he has the opinion without being a brat. That reflects on how his mom raised him. Start when they are young and it will grow into adulthood. God bless you and your family.
I love how you say if monte retires. I mean this brings up a whole host of questions. Is monte immortal? Is he capable of retirement? If he never dies will he do this forever? Is this a job that is passed down from one immortal to the next and when you get the job you become immortal? I need answers.
Omg 😱 that would be crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The oldest son is so sweet letting his younger brother have all the attention... Also I love the ending where he said this is the most beautiful Ive ever seen you
I don't know if you noticed, but he was leaning on his older brother at one point on the couch. You can tell their close even though their is an age difference.
I love her relationship with her boys. The older one you can tell has that typical teen angst but he's still happy for his mom. And that little one becoming Mini Monte 😂 that was too cute. He has real potential for the fashion industry.
“Did you see what I just saw?” 😂 Also, this lady is a fantastic mother! Her boys know they are loved and appreciated and it really shows. They are confident in her love of them ❤️
@@vmm5163 Divorce isn't failure, it's accepting that the relationship wasn't right after all and moving onto a new chapter in life, failure would be to oneself for staying in a bad relationship.
I love how the older brother allowed his little brother to have that moment with their mom without a hint of jealousy in his heart. This whole family is beautiful and I have no doubt that she's an amazing parent.
I'm literally crying, this family is so wonderful, her youngest and Monte get along so well, it's literally the cutest thing I've ever seen! Don't even get me started on the dresses! STUNNING!!!!
I love how she described her feelings for the venue they chose. Knowing that her fiancé’s parents and grandparents celebrated 50 years of marriage at the venue gives her good vibes about the marriage and I love that. Also think it’s cute how her two sons wanted her to feel special and beautiful! I think that’s a good sign that they like their mom’s choice in a partner and they they want it to be special! So cute! She looked gorgeous in every dress and the one she chose was just so perfect for her! I bet she looked gorgeous beyond words at her wedding!
Everyone's talking about the youngest boy. Yes he is indeed adorable. But can we talk about how the oldest is just so pure!! He made my heart melt! This is a beautiful family.
I love this! My son is a fashion designer and I couldn't be more proud of him. He's always had a sense of style from a very young age. Imagine having a battle royal with a three year old who is not going to wear something that isn't his style.
His oldest son? I love him.. really understanding and mature also Jayden such a genius, cute yet funny.. love 'em.. they definitely know how to make their mother happy 😊
I always figured it was because the self dubbed fashionistas are picking dresses based on what they like and look good in and now what the bride does. Jayden was focused on his mom not himself.
I mean, an art expert can analyse if something is good or bad but how he looks at it and how he feels abt it can change. Assuminfmg they are fashion experts they may know if the dresses are well made, and then you would assume the whole store is full of good dresses. Then I understand how you would see they are looking for smt they like and not the bride. But what do you think fashion experts do? They look for clothing, and you are no one to decide if they have good taste or not unless the dress they choose is a monstruosity, because it's also about the taste of the bride, their taste, and your taste. And aren't you doing the same thing you don't like in them :u
I've watched this episode countless times at this point. The bride's personality, her well-behaved boys, no drama, light humor and just overall heartwarming and sweet. Just ❤❤
Other families on the show: *stir drama and throw insults at each other* This family: *WHOLESOME AND SWEET* Such good people. It's so cute how the boy knows how to make his mom even more beautiful.
The dancing wasn’t even dramatic too! Like it was just a thing they had to do. If all SYTTD were this easy going id watch it more often, cause the drama gets my anxiety going
Same conversation my neice and i had ehen i was looking at dresses for both her (she was the flower girl) and my matron of honor. She was so easy. Love my neice to peices. Her main concern was a) that i liked the dress and b) that she could dance in it with me. XD
What a sweet little boy. When he’s a haute couture fashion designer she’ll be the best dressed mom in the neighborhood. She should be very proud of how she is raising her children.
@@pvtdipwad2944 Yeah, it looked stunning. Unfortunately it didn’t had enough support for her chest, specially with the lots of jumping that the wedding was going to have.
Everyone’s talking about the little mini monte jr. but the way her son got emotional and said those beautiful words at the end to his mother!!!! That made me tear up!!! They really love her!!!
The whole family is so sweet, the mom was patient, the kid genuinely wanted to help and wasn't bratty, the older brother didn't have even a bit of jealousy, I can tell they have a rlly nice household
This is my absolute favorite episode! She's an incredible mom raising incredible boys. Monte has such a generous heart, I love him more and more! He was wonderful to include her youngest the way he did. Mom is gorgeous and I wish them all a bright future. Beautiful all the way around.
"This is about as beautiful as i've ever seen you. Can't wait to see it in Scotland." Wow. Although a lot of this episode is about Mini-Monte, the elder son is such a good heart.
I love how supportive the sons are, one helps put with the dress picking and knows quite a bit about what his mom looks good in and the other one is supportive and calls his mom beautiful. They seem like such a wonderful family and hopefully the groom is an amazing addition as well
The mother raised her boys well and I don't think the sons would be so supportive if they don't like the groom. Can't think of the groom as anyone but an amazing addition to that family :)
@@chrstiania we don't know for sure but there is more than one thing that suggests otherwise. The younger one could be his son, but the older one is probably around 15. Meeting people online 15 years ago? Pretty unheard off I'd say, especially for an adult… Plus add-in that he is from Scottland, GB and she is from Georgia, USA. Also (and this is just my personal opinion/experience) even if someone doesn't want that "marriage-experience", many consider it once kids are involved because of legal reasons - especially if they are of two different nationalities. I'm not saying it's not possible, just that it's highly unlikely…
@@lillylilium497 I met my best friend 17 yrs ago through Yahoo Messenger. I was in my 20s back then, but I also met another good friend of mine in an AOL chat room. That said, I agree with you on the rest. Just saying that meeting people from online 15 yrs ago happened quite a bit. It was the start of online dating and whatnot. I'd love to know more about this family. They really seemed so positive and lovely.
@@lillylilium497 I met my husband online in 2007, before that I met my ex boyfriend online in 2004. Online dating was going on back when I first got online in 1998.
I would not even describe the boy as "mini-fashionista". He is a natural-born fashionista. He has a god eye for what looks good, extremely lovely and decent for a mom. The only thing about it is that it looks like a very costly wedding dress. Hopefully, it is affordable.
This episode is everything!! No jealousy, no drama, wonderful family and friends, the wedding looks really fun and magical and the bride is incredibly charming and fun c:
This is the best episode ever! Such beautiful kids, lovely mother, and Lori and Monty at their finest! No egos. No nastiness. Just wholesome and heart warming. Little Monty was spot on! What a grand lad! But it was the older brother’s last 2 sentences that made it just perfect! So much love. Thank you for sharing this episode! 💖🥂
*30 seconds into this video* Me: This kid seems like a brat, practically picking his mom wedding dress! *Like 20 seconds later* Me: *taking notes and realizing this kid has more potential than me😔*
@Veronica Godinez I can see why you're upset. Judgemental people can be a challenge. I want you to know that that was just my first impression and I wasn't beholden to that judgment. In fact, I was hoping that I was wrong. Was it really necessary to shout at me?
