April 2022 Governor of Arizona signed in legislation that " Acupuncture is a form of medicine.) . Finally that day happened and the first state in USA recognized Acupunturist's work and Acupuncture is a form of medicine.

I don't understand how a vicious criminal who lets and helps her boyfriend rape an 8yr girl then brutally murdered her by kicking and bashing in her head with a hammer. Goes to jail and ends up with spa treatment!
