Hi, I have a question regarding the BVA. Currently I have submitted an application for 485 as a subsequent entrant under my wife. But my current visa is expiring on 21 November 2020. As it was a ppaer based application, does it mean BVA has automatically accepted? Since I haven't received any correspondence regarding that. Could you please advise me regarding this? Thanks

Julie I watched ur video it's really very clear. I HV one thing to asked u that in 2018 I was in Australia with my bva and in emergency I return to Malaysia in 2019 and in few days they refused my bva. N now I'm staying in my country if I want to go for tourist to Australia with my family in after how many years can I travel back as a tourist..pls reply.. is that any problems to go back Australia as a tourist...

Travel ban was imposed on ALL non-resident and non-Australian citizens coming into Australia from 9.00pm , Friday 20th March 2020. Only Australian citizens, permanent residents, New Zealand citizens who are normally resident in Australia and immediate family members of Australian citizens and permanent residents can enter Australia after this time.

Tank you Julie, I would ask concerning my process, I'm in Africa my Visa were on since March , unfortunately flights cancelled. Alot of confusion I have iwoul ask you if this year Australia will allow us to come it's so frustrating with family thank you

A travel ban was imposed on all non-resident and non-Australian citizens coming into Australia from 9.00pm , Friday 20th March 2020. Only Australian citizens, permanent residents, New Zealand citizens who are normally resident in Australia and immediate family members of Australian citizens and permanent residents can enter Australia after this time. Once the travel ban is lifted, people with temporary visas will be able to come in. When is it going to happen? No one knows.
