I’ve never cooked with sage before so I only added 3 leaves, turned out perfect! The taste was just right and not overpowering. Thank you for this lovely recipe Gennaro! Will become a staple at my house 😊

You should try Gnocchi + Butter + Sage (garlic, onions and parmesan of course). Super easy dinner, filling and most importantly delicious! You can also add fresh tomatoes as you finish the dish
