HELB claims a HELB loan through KU for studying at UON. I was a UON student from 1980-1984. HELB loan statement was printed on HELB letter head in 2022. Corruption? Moochers and looters? Is HELB ACT applicable here? HELB and KU were non-existent in 1980-1984.
