Bringing hazard recognition back to safety training 

Many safety training classes focus on company policies and procedures, and OSHA regulations, but very few focus on hazard recognition. By incorporating hazard recognition into training, workers are better able to pick out HOW and WHY something will hurt them, so they will be able to recognize those hazards, rather than just following a checklist on a procedure. When they truly understand those hazards, they can and will take more precautions.
